Nora's POV
I arch an eyebrow at Kevin's suggestion. "Why exactly would I want to do that? That sounds like a terrible idea."
"Binding Nora's powers is absolutely the last thing we should consider," James says with clear disgust, his gaze fixed on the small potion bottle. "That's completely insane."
"I have to agree with him on this one." I study Kevin's face, trying to understand his logic. "Why would I even consider that? Without my powers, I'd be completely defenseless against everything that wants to kill me."
"Exactly. That's the whole point," Kevin continues, his expression serious. "If your powers are completely bound, the other angels won't be able to sense that you're the Nephilim. This potion should only be used if there's absolutely no other choice left."
"Damn it," James mutters under his breath, wrapping his fingers tightly around the tiny glass container. "How long does this thing actually last?"
"From one sunrise to the next."
