Chapter 13 - Chapter 13: Fierce Battle with Kizaru—Unleashing the Peacock!

"What a terrifying little brat," Kizaru muttered, his eyes behind the sunglasses narrowing with seriousness.

He had intended this to be a casual matter—just grab Yunan and move on. But Yunan's strength far exceeded anything he had expected.

"Looks like catching you won't be so easy," Kizaru said.

"Come try, if you want," Yunan replied, a challenge in his voice.

With the combined power of the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Eight Gates, Yunan kept up effortlessly with Kizaru's lightning-fast movements.

In no time, they had clashed over a hundred times. The buildings around the entire No. 1 Island were reduced to rubble by the ferocious shockwaves of their fight.

"No way… this bastard can actually trade blows with Admiral Kizaru!"

From a distance, Eustass Kid broke into a cold sweat, astonished by the display. He had thought Yunan merely a lunatic bold enough to strike a Celestial Dragon, yet here he was, holding his own against the Navy's highest-ranked fighter.

"Yunan… who exactly is this guy?"

"Why does he, a rookie like us, possess power that shouldn't belong to someone his age?"

Trafalgar Law's face went pale as he felt the immense difference in their strength.

Boom!!!

Another explosion echoed through the sky as Yunan and Kizaru collided again with staggering force.

"Can the old man Kizaru still keep up? If you're tired, just go rest," Yunan said, his smile eerie and confident.

"Youngsters these days really don't respect their elders… fighting without holding back," Kizaru muttered, transforming instantly into golden particles and soaring into the sky.

"Little brat, take this!"

"Yata-no-Kagami!"

A storm of golden spheres rained down from above, hurtling toward Yunan with terrifying speed. The air itself seemed to tremble where the light balls passed.

"Bring it on."

Yunan's eyes gleamed with excitement rather than fear as he faced the deadly barrage.

He inhaled deeply and shouted:

"Peacock Strike!"

In the next instant, Yunan's fists moved at an unbelievable speed, striking the air so rapidly that friction ignited fireballs that spread across the sky. The heavens themselves seemed set ablaze by Yunan's attack.

Kizaru's Yata-no-Kagami spheres collided with the fiery storm, detonating in a series of thunderous clashes.

Boom—Boom—Boom!!

Each punch from Yunan destroyed one of the golden spheres. Within moments, the sky was a tumultuous sea of gold and red, and the entire Sabaody Archipelago trembled violently under the overwhelming force.

"Are they trying to tear the Sabaody Archipelago apart?!"

"So what if they do? Who could possibly stop this level of energy?"

Both residents and pirates alike shivered in fear at the sheer destructive power unleashed before them.

In their minds, a single thought echoed:

"When gods fight, mortals suffer…"

Even the smallest trace of their attacks could easily kill ordinary people on the spot.

The energy clash lasted an entire minute before Kizaru's spheres finally ceased, and Yunan's flurry of flaming punches came to a stop. The sky above was bathed in the brilliant red and gold, like the radiant plumage of a peacock at sunrise.

"Finally… it's over," people around whispered, exhaling in relief.

Had the battle continued, the Sabaody Archipelago might have sunk, becoming the Sabaody Undersea World.

Both Yunan and Kizaru were now slightly winded from the prolonged combat.

"Looks like you won't be taking me in today, old man Kizaru," Yunan laughed.

"What a terrifying little brat… to have such power at this age," Kizaru murmured, no longer his usual carefree self, his eyes filled with shock and seriousness.

"Go back, Kizaru. I'm hungry and don't have time to play. We'll spar another time," Yunan said, patting his stomach as it growled.

He turned to leave.

"Not until I take you back today!"

With a flash of golden light, Kizaru blocked Yunan's path, clearly unwilling to let him go.

"I said, Kizaru, I'm going to eat and don't have time to fight. Don't test my patience," Yunan said, his expression cold and indifferent.

"Otherwise, I won't hesitate to kill you!"

"Kill me? How scary. If you have the guts, try it," Kizaru retorted, eyes sharp, refusing to yield an inch.

"Then I'll give you what you want!"
