Chapter 115 - Life

The power of the Fallen is beyond doubt.

Just from the fragments shown in the movie, one can glimpse a thing or two: space teleportation, anti-gravity, telekinesis, energy absorption, energy shields, and so on, not to mention his powerful close-combat abilities.

Emrys had to be cautious; he absolutely couldn't let 'Night Sky Blade' take risks. He had finally drawn an 'SSR' and was counting on it to fool those old mechs when he got back!

It's undeniable that Night Sky Blade is now also a 'prime-class' Transformer. From his performance, he is in no way inferior to Optimus Prime, perhaps even surpassing him.

But this is not a movie.

He wasn't sure how powerful the real 'Fallen', the first Prime of Cybertron, truly was, or if he only had those abilities as depicted in the movie.

One must know that even Optimus Prime only defeated the Fallen after obtaining the 'Matrix of primeship' and then combining with Jetfire to become 'Jetfire Optimus Prime'. How much exaggeration was involved, and how much was protagonist halo, no one knew.

Therefore, analyzing the current situation, the Autobots are still at a disadvantage, and the Fallen is the biggest threat!

"Jetfire, the information on the Allspark shard has been transferred into her brain." Emrys looked up at Jetfire and said, "I hope you can analyze the content within. This concerns the whereabouts of the Matrix of primeship."

However, Jetfire leaned on his cane and slowly squatted down, his eyes full of doubt: "This old man has always been curious. The Matrix of primeship should be top-secret information; even few Transformers know about it. Where did you learn about it?"

"Of course, from the great God of All Machines." Emrys' lips curved into a mysterious smile: "Now, the most important question isn't where I learned it, but that we must get the Matrix of primeship as soon as possible, isn't that right?"

Jetfire pondered for half a second, then agreed: "You are right; where you learned it isn't important. What's important is stopping the Fallen."

With that, he looked down at Mikaela beside him: "Hairless monkey, you… come here and draw out the Allspark information in your head."

"Now, it's your turn to perform."

Emrys pushed Mikaela from behind and said calmly, "Carve all the symbols in your mind, don't lady a single one."

Mikaela trembled slightly, then, as if possessed, she convulsed, picked up a branch, and carved the symbols from her mind onto the ground, until they formed a circle.

Jazz, Ratchet, and Bumblebee immediately gathered around, but upon seeing the symbols, they all showed bewildered expressions, as they didn't recognize them either.

"Hmm, these are ancient Cybertronian writings."

Jetfire leaned on his cane, bowed his head, carefully examined the scrawled writings, stroked the 'beard' on his chin, and slowly said, "This is a prophecy left by the Primes, meaning: When the Sun shines on the tip of the dagger, the King will point to the entrance."

"What does that mean?"

Jazz scratched his head, completely baffled.

Not just him, Ratchet and Bumblebee also fell into an awkward silence, completely unable to understand!

Clearly, thinking was a bit too much for them, so they could only turn their pleading gazes to Jetfire.

"This old man doesn't know either."

Jetfire angrily tapped his cane, scolding them one by one, frustrated by their inability to improve: "Don't you know how to think for yourselves? This old man only knows the approximate location, from when the Fallen ordered me to investigate before, in… yes, in human terms, near Egypt and Jordan."

As he spoke, he used his cane to draw a simple map on the ground, then drew a circle, and pointed heavily inside it: "Yes, this old man remembers it was this area!"

"Isn't your scope a bit too large?"

Even Emrys, seeing such a large circle that encompassed almost half of Egypt and Jordan, couldn't help but get a headache. Relying on the Autobots to solve the riddle was one hundred percent hopeless.

By the time Bumblebee and the others figured out the answer, it would be too late. He directly raised his hand and pointed to the Red Sea at the junction of Egypt and Jordan: "I guess this is the tip of the dagger."

The point where the Red Sea meets Egypt and Jordan happens to resemble a sharp dagger, and this… was the only information he knew. As for the exact location, he really couldn't remember.

After all, who would bother to remember a foreign place name while watching a movie, unless they knew they would transmigrate in advance?

"As expected of the Commander!"

Bumblebee looked at him with eyes full of admiration, almost excitedly dancing to cheer him on: "What are we waiting for? Let's go quickly!"

"Quiet down, Bumblebee." Emrys pinched his brow, saying with a headache, "Even with the narrowed scope, we still don't know the exact location."

"Exactly!" Jetfire nodded and said, "The second half of the prophecy, 'the King will point to the entrance', is the true coordinate. We need to decipher the meaning of this sentence."

Jazz, Ratchet, and Bumblebee exchanged glances, then silently sat back down as if nothing had happened.

And Bumblebee looked at Emrys with hopeful eyes, as if saying: "Quickly think of a solution, almighty Commander!"

...Emrys had a headache; these guys were completely unreliable!

Now, the deduction was at a stalemate.

Even knowing the location of the 'tip of the dagger', the second half of the prophecy, 'the King will point to the entrance', left the question of what the King symbolized still unknown.

"It's up to you, Mikaela." Emrys, not good at riddle games, turned and patted Mikaela's shoulder, looking very trusting: "The important task of solving the riddle is entrusted to you. I believe you can do it."

"Ah? Me?"

Mikaela, who had been watching from the side, suddenly looked bewildered and pointed to herself: "Can I… really do it?"

"No problem, you must believe in yourself."

Emrys grinned and said, "You are the one chosen by the Allspark, bearing the responsibility of saving the world."

Mikaela suddenly felt immense pressure. The heavy responsibility of saving the world was actually falling on her, a college freshman and a wanted criminal. This was simply too absurd!

She swallowed, somewhat unable to adapt, transitioning from a minor character to the key to saving the world. She looked at Emrys, flustered: "Wait, I'm responsible for solving the riddle, what about you?"

"Me? Of course, I have more important things to do."

Emrys already had a rough plan in his mind; he had to let this old senior fully utilize his remaining energy.

He turned to Jetfire: "We need your help. We'll directly raid the Decepticon base and snatch that 'Allspark' shard from them."

"...How do you need my help?"

Jetfire inexplicably shivered, suddenly having a bad feeling. This kid wouldn't be scheming against him again, would he?

"It's simple."

Emrys smiled: "You take us and directly teleport to the Decepticon base, then once we've grabbed the item, you teleport us directly back. Simple, right?"

"...Are you trying to take my old life?!"

Ultimately, Jetfire agreed to the plan.

Although the plan to infiltrate the Decepticon base and snatch the Allspark fragment from right under their noses sounded extremely risky, it was undeniable that the rewards were equally great.

More importantly, taking the Allspark fragment could, to a large extent, curb the Decepticons' rapid development.

Otherwise, if the Decepticons continued to control the Allspark fragment, it would be equivalent to having an endless supply of troops. While their individual strength might not be great, their sheer numbers would be overwhelming!

prime-class Transformers are not invincible.

In the movie, Optimus Prime was ganged up on by Megatron, Starscream, and Soundwave, and didn't he end up in a tragic defeat?

Of course, the cost of doing this was that Jetfire would need to exhaust all its energy to use 'Space Teleportation' twice in a row, and in its current state, that would be tantamount to suicide!

Yet, even so, after a few seconds of thought, Jetfire still did not refuse. It was well aware of the consequences of doing so, that it would require its own sacrifice, but... it understood one thing even more clearly: if The Fallen's plan succeeded, then Cybertron would truly have no future.

After seeing Nightblade, Jetfire actually no longer cared about its life. It had fulfilled its duty, and now it was up to the prime.

To sacrifice its life for the prime and for Cybertron in its final moments, it had no complaints whatsoever.

"This old bot will do its best to teleport you over."

Jetfire did not forget to remind them, "But there must be an interval of about five minutes between each teleportation before I can use it again. You must not forget this."

"Five minutes, huh"

Emrys nodded slightly.

One very important point in the tactics and strategies Albert had taught him was that war is a scale, and both sides are doing their utmost to contend for every favorable advantage. The more advantages you hold, the more they accumulate, eventually becoming the winning edge that tips the scale!

There is no war that can be won without bloodshed.

Every war requires sacrifice; only through sacrifice can the trophy of victory be forged. This was a saying Albert had admonished Emrys with.

A mature Commander must discard personal emotions and prioritize the greatest benefit, calculating every chance of victory until the balance of war is overturned!

Therefore, no matter from which perspective, seizing the Allspark fragment from the Decepticons was imperative!

After the plan was finalized, the rest was how to execute it. Since they decided to snatch food from a tiger's mouth, they would undoubtedly have to go all out, using the fastest possible speed to seize the Allspark fragment before the Decepticons could react.

"Oh, right, Nightblade," Emrys said, turning to Nightblade, "Is the Allspark fragment still inside you?"

Previously, the Decepticons' interference had almost made him forget that he activated Nightblade with the Allspark fragment, and he never got it back.

In the movie, Soundwave could create many small Transformers, specifically for espionage and reconnaissance, which truly made him envious.

It's no exaggeration to say that Soundwave was responsible for more than half of the Decepticons' success; he was the undisputed FMVP. If not for Soundwave, on one hand suppressing the naturally rebellious Starscream, and on the other hand searching for the Allspark fragment, Megatron might still be at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean until the end of the movie series.

Soundwave... that's out of the question for now.

Given his loyalty to Megatron, the difficulty of turning him was too great, almost impossible, so that would have to wait. But as for small Transformers, he could find a way to get a batch.

With these, he could gain the greatest initiative in many aspects. Sometimes, a single accurate piece of intelligence could completely turn the tide of battle; its importance was self-evident.

"Yes, Mr. Emrys." Nightblade pulled open the front of its chest, where the original 'cockpit' should have been, revealing the Allspark energy glowing with a brilliant blue light deep within its chest, and at the core, flickering like a flame, was that tiny 'Allspark' fragment.

Looking at the Allspark fragment, which was completely embedded within Nightblade's body, almost integrated with it and transformed into its heart, his envisioned intelligence squad instantly vanished.

If the 'Allspark' fragment were forcibly separated, it could very likely lead to certain unpredictable results.

"Still... not a loss."

Exchanging an Allspark fragment for a 'prime-class' Transformer, this trade... from Emrys' perspective, was definitely a profit.

"Jetfire, pinpoint my coordinates." Emrys said calmly, "Wait for my signal. Once you locate them, immediately teleport them to my side, understood?"

"Are you going alone?" Jetfire instantly guessed his strategy, a little hesitant. "Isn't that too dangerous? Even if we teleport over if you're surrounded"

"Your targets are too large."

Emrys shook his head and said, "It's not that I want to take risks, but when there's no way to ascertain the specific intelligence of the Decepticon base, it's most appropriate for me to infiltrate alone, to avoid a rash teleportation into a trap."

He also didn't want to take risks, but as the saying goes, if you don't enter the tiger's den, how can you catch the tiger cub?

Since they wanted to maximize their benefits, they must do everything possible to amplify their advantages, striving to create a numerical superiority in local battles, breaking through the surface with a single point!

The Autobots were indeed inferior to the Decepticons in overall strength.

But don't forget, the Decepticons' attention is currently focused on finding the prime Matrix, and most of their main combat power is dispersed, which is the Autobots' advantage.

The only unknown was how many defensive forces were actually stationed inside the Decepticon base, and this was what Emrys had to figure out.

But if the Transformers were to go along, even Bumblebee, who is skilled in reconnaissance and disguise, would find it difficult to evade tracking by the human military and the Decepticons.

"Have Ironhide move towards the Red Sea junction in Egypt and Jordan." Emrys then stated the second step: "We need to divert the Decepticons' attention and pull their main forces away from the Allspark fragment."

"Understood, Commander."

Jazz, as the adjutant, nodded.

Of course, this alone was not enough to completely fool the Decepticons, so Emrys turned to Mikaela, a knowing smile on his face: "There's something... I need your help with, beautiful Ms. Mikaela."

"Wh-what is it?"

Mikaela immediately understood how Jetfire had felt just now, and an ominous premonition welled up in her heart.

"Very simple, take a trip to Egypt."

Emrys smiled, "This is a publicly funded trip. Don't you want to see the pyramids of ancient Egypt?"

"Can... can I not go?" Mikaela was on the verge of tears. Even if she were an idiot, she would have understood by now that he was going to use her as bait to fish for the Decepticons, wasn't he?

But unfortunately, Emrys shook his head and smiled, "No, you have no choice, you must go."

If the bait wasn't substantial enough, how could the Decepticons take the bait?

This time, it's called 'those who wish to be hooked will be hooked'!

Firestorm always felt that this guy's tactics had an indescribable… savagery.

Although it sounded really cool, the risk of going deep alone was ultimately too great.

He handed a beacon to Emrys, and with a hint of worry, instructed, "Once you find the Allspark shard, activate this beacon immediately.

Then, I will use the fastest speed to Warp based on the beacon's location."

Compared to the concern Firestorm showed, the 'Nightblade' next to him was all too familiar with this move.

Isn't this the Warp jump tactic that Space Marines specifically use when performing beheading and other objectives?

If the situation is not right, all tactics shift to Warp jump!

There is nothing that one Warp jump cannot solve; if there is… then jump again.

If Space Marines don't work, then switch to a Terminator squad.

If that still doesn't work, then it's time for the Dreadnoughts to appear!

This plan had two key points.

The first was that Emrys must, while ensuring his own safety, avoid detection by the Decepticons and the U.S. military, infiltrate, and find the Allspark shard.

The second difficulty lay with 'Firestorm'.

Besides directly Warping in with Nightblade, Bumblebee, and Jazz after confirming the beacon's position for the first time, he also needed to use Warp to evacuate everyone after grabbing the Allspark shard.

The difficulty was that using 'Warp' twice in a row would require Firestorm to go all out.

Nightblade, Bumblebee, and Jazz each prepared and repaired their weapons, getting ready for the brutal battle against the Decepticons that was about to come!

This time, they were going deep into enemy territory, very likely to face the Decepticons' elite forces head-on, including Megatron, Shockwave, and Soundwave!

The enemy's elite forces were not like 'Bonecrusher' type soldiers that could be mass-produced; even 'Nightblade' needed to be cautious!

Looking at Nightblade, with only a chainsword, Emrys sighed… still not strong enough!

Too little firepower, only Hellfire missiles and a triple laser cannon.

For Emrys, who had an almost bone-deep phobia of insufficient firepower, what was the difference between this and 'streaking'?

Too little! Too little!

Only overwhelming firepower could slightly alleviate his phobia of insufficient firepower.

After he returns, he definitely needs to find Rosales to thoroughly modify 'Nightblade'!

Otherwise, with 'Nightblade's' height of nearly ten meters, a body almost identical to a Knight Mech, just carrying a chainsword, wouldn't that be too wasteful?

What Knight Mechs have, Nightblade must also have!

Rapid-fire cannons for long-range suppression, heavy meltas, and melta spears for close combat must all be standard equipment.

If possible, he could also consider specialized armaments mounted on Questoris Knights, such as Ironstorm missile pods, Stormspear rocket pods, and Icarus autocannons!

Thinking of this, Emrys wished he could drag out Starscream's corpse and whip it dozens more times.

His Excalibur Conqueror-class cruiser was just a little bit away from becoming a 'ship girl'.

Have you ever seen a Transformer with a diameter of tens of kilometers?!

If this had succeeded, the Mechanicus would have worshipped him as a saint!

What Titan? In the future, a flagship tens of kilometers long will be the true 'Titan', a world-destroying Transformer.

No matter how powerful you, Titan, are, it's impossible to withstand broadsides and lance bombardment!

Abaddon?

One shot will turn you into Abad-egg!

But unfortunately, it ultimately became a fleeting dream, and Emrys had to give up this tempting idea.

After finalizing the specific combat details, Mikaela, reluctantly, embarked on her journey to Egypt, where Ironhide would be waiting for her.

Emrys also left alone, preparing to head to the mysterious 'Sector Seven'… Sector Seven was established by the U.S. specifically to investigate the mysterious spaceship that crashed on the far side of the Moon.

Its origins can be traced back to the Kennedy era.

The first astronaut to land on the Moon, Armstrong, actually had a secret mission.

During those few minutes when communication was interrupted, they saw Transformers, life forms completely different from humans, for the first time on the far side of the Moon!

Subsequently, in cooperation with NASA, Sector Seven found similar signs of mechanical life forms on Mars.

Emrys, who knew the plot, naturally knew that the Transformer spaceship wreckage found by Sector Seven on the far side of the Moon belonged to another prime, 'Sentinel Prime', and the Transformers active on Mars were, of course, 'The Fallen'.

Finding Sector Seven was not difficult.

Although it seemed very mysterious in the movie, since it existed, some clues could always be found.

Following the trail, Emrys quickly found this mysterious 'Sector Seven'.

The method was actually very simple, just like how the Decepticons and humans tracked the Autobots: simply find the location with the greatest 'radiation' in the city.

Humans would hide, but Decepticons would not.

Following the residual 'radiation' emitted by the Decepticons, Emrys easily found Sector Seven, which was heavily guarded by the military and hidden within a military base.

"So it's here…"

Emrys narrowed his eyes slightly.

His bio-armor, like the coating of a stealth fighter, could perfectly shield radar and other detections, but it couldn't become invisible to the human eye.

If Mark V hadn't been broken, he could have swaggered directly through the main entrance, and no one would have seen him, but unfortunately, he hadn't had time to find Tony.

Fortunately, the infiltration skills he learned from Jackal, combined with the bio-armor, were enough to handle the situation.

The infiltration process went smoothly.

Emrys, like a ghost in the night, using the excellent characteristics of the bio-armor, like Spider-Man climbing on walls, infiltrated the interior of the base along the pipes.

Before long, he arrived at the innermost room.

In the center of the infrared-filled room, within a cylindrical device made of glass-like material, a metal shard floated prominently, about human height, shaped like a prismatic blade, with jagged, irregular patterns on its edges, and mysterious symbols engraved on its surface, which should be ancient 'Cybertronian' script.

Undoubtedly, that was the Allspark shard!

A shard the size of a fingernail could create a prime-class 'Nightblade'.

Although the 'Omnissiah' played a role, the Allspark energy contained within the fragment could not be ignored.

The two complemented each other, allowing 'Nightblade' to be born.

But if it were a human-height Allspark shard, how immense would the energy contained within it be?

The Decepticons could continuously produce mass-produced 'Bonecrushers', as well as the juvenile Decepticons on Mars and reconnaissance mini-robots in the movie, which were clearly inseparable from this Allspark fragment.

However, looking at the Allspark fragment within reach, Emrys did not act immediately but fell into contemplation.

It seemed a bit too smooth, and he always felt something was off.

Along the way, besides the armed U.S. soldiers on patrol, he saw almost no Decepticon Transformers.

And the few Decepticons he did see were basically 'mass-produced models'.

Heavyweights like Blackout, Scorponok, Soundwave, Shockwave, and other high-level Transformers were nowhere to be seen.

So, the question is, would Megatron be so careless?

The importance of the Allspark shard, whether to the Decepticons or the Autobots, was beyond doubt.

Would Megatron trust humans so much as to completely entrust such an important item to their keeping?

No, Emrys' intuition leaned towards another guess, which was… a trap!

"Interesting." He stroked his chin, a hint of playfulness in his eyes: "Did they guess our target was the Allspark shard early on, and so they plan to wait for us?"

Megatron could not be so foolish as to believe that a few U.S. soldiers could guard the Allspark shard.

So the result was obvious: this was a trap!

He was fishing, but wasn't Megatron as well?

Although Emrys did not find any traces of hidden Decepticons during the infiltration, it was clear… the other side had the same intention.

Indeed, in the real world, enemies are always cunning; how could they be manipulated like puppets according to his plan?

After being played a few times, Megatron had obviously found a way to deal with it.

You want the 'Allspark shard'?

He would specifically set a trap, waiting for the Autobots to jump in willingly!

Of course, you could also choose not to come.

But for the Decepticons, the greatest value of this Allspark shard was merely to create a batch of mass-produced warriors.

However, for the Autobots, this shard was the key to reviving Optimus Prime, and the longer they delayed, the more disadvantaged they would be.

This was an 'open conspiracy'!

Who said Decepticons couldn't think?

See, the Decepticons proved that not only are they good at fighting, but they are also not bad at thinking, at least much stronger than the Autobots!

"Let me guess… the Decepticons wouldn't also be planning to have The Fallen Warp to the scene as soon as we appear, would they?" Emrys stroked his chin, guessing the Decepticons' thoughts: "Tsk, is this what they call 'great minds think alike'?"

Actually, from the Decepticons' perspective, and with his 'omniscience' advantage, it wasn't hard to guess the Decepticons' plan.

It wasn't just 'Firestorm' who could use 'Warp'.

The Fallen, as the original Transformer, naturally also knew how to use 'Warp', and he was far more powerful than Firestorm.

In the movie, he could directly cross hundreds of millions of kilometers from Mars in an instant, precisely landing on the pyramids of Egypt!

"Heh, I won't let you have your way."

Emrys sneered.

Since he had guessed the Decepticons' intention to capture all the Autobots, how could he possibly let them have their way?

Fortunately, he specifically infiltrated and discovered the Decepticons' plan.

Otherwise, if he had directly let Firestorm Warp in with Nightblade, Bumblebee, and Jazz, it wouldn't have been a Warp jump, but a jump into their trap.

With the current strength of the Autobots, let alone The Fallen, even against Megatron, the outcome would most likely be total annihilation!

In his vision, if he could directly steal the 'Allspark shard', that would obviously be the best outcome.

If not, summoning Firestorm to Warp in and clash head-on with the Decepticons was undoubtedly the worst option.

Given this… Emrys decisively switched to the second plan.

As an excellent Commander, one must always consider contingency measures for every failed operation.

He who plans for defeat before victory can stand in an unassailable position!

"You want to Warp, don't you?" Emrys took a deep breath, a sinister glint in his eyes, then closed them, calming his mind.

He intended to give 'The Fallen' a surprise!

This was the Transformers universe, and there was no Warp, but the essence of Warp was actually the reflection of the souls and emotions of all living beings.

So, even in other Universes, he could still draw Warp energy.

The difference was… it would take more time and effort.

But there was one advantage: he didn't need to worry about being influenced by the daemons and gods in the Warp.

"Hmm, almost ready."

A moment later, Emrys felt that the 'psychic energy' he had drawn had reached its limit, and a smile appeared on his face: "Come on, The Fallen, this is a 'gift' I specially… prepared for you!"

The bio-armor simulated the Transformers' radiation and, in an instant, adjusted it to its peak!

Beep beep beep—!!!

Suddenly, a piercing alarm blared, cutting through the military base!

"Invasion! Invasion! Someone has invaded the Allspark shard area, quickly sound the alarm!!!"

The Sector Seven supervisor yelled.

Just now, the area storing the Allspark suddenly detected a large amount of radiation and energy reactions!

It was a Transformer radiation source!

No one knew how those Autobots, under such strict defense, managed to infiltrate the area storing the Allspark shard, but… the supervisor's eyes widened, and an excited expression appeared on his face: "Quick, send a signal to Megatron, tell him the Autobots have fallen for it!"

As a high-level supervisor of Sector Seven, he had the blood of God and had long disliked those foolish humans.

And he had played an indispensable role in Sector Seven siding with the Decepticons!

This bait plan was also his idea!

The thought of helping the Decepticons annihilate the Autobots this time made him excited; he even seemed to have already seen the future where he would be supported by the Decepticons and rule all of humanity!

"We are the true… Kings of the world!!!"

Amidst the supervisor's fervent shouts, Megatron, far away on Mars, received the signal from the humans and immediately looked at The Fallen: "My master, I must trouble you this time.

Once the Autobots are eliminated, we will have no more worries!"

The Fallen on his mechanical throne suddenly opened his eyes, and immense energy surged out.

Boom!!!

In an instant, hundreds of millions of kilometers of Warp!

Megatron and The Fallen instantly arrived from Mars into the Earth military base.

Looking at the completely destroyed facilities around them, the Allspark shard was gone, and the imagined Autobots also seemed to be missing.

In a pile of ruins, there was only one human.

"Where are the Autobots?"

The Fallen was stunned, turning to look at Megatron.

They said they could capture all the Autobots, so why was there only one human?

Megatron was also stunned.

Why was there only one person?

Looking at that human, he felt he had been played and was utterly furious: "It's you again… Do you really think we have no way to deal with you?!"

Clearly, Megatron recognized him; this was the 'alien life form' who had thwarted their plans repeatedly!

"You dare to come alone, you are truly very brave." Megatron, enraged at being played, looked at Emrys, and anyone could hear the chilling killing intent in his tone!

"Welcome, both of you."

Emrys smiled, completely unperturbed, and slowly bowed in salute: "My name is Merlin Emrys, and I have specially prepared a 'gift' for you both.

I hope you like it."

A gift?

Just as The Fallen and Megatron were stunned, the surrounding space suddenly vibrated, and surging psychic energy, like a bursting dam, tore through space and gushed out from a rift!

"Warp Vortex—!!!"

What a huge surprise!

Fallen Prime and Megatron, who had just been teleported from Mars, were instantly enveloped by the tearing space!

Considering Fallen Prime was, after all, one of the first Primes of the Transformers, Emrys gave him enough 'respect' by fully drawing on Warp psionic energy, on a scale far more exaggerated and immense than that time in the Boys World!

Rumble!!!

The entire military base's buildings violently shook and swayed, the ground was torn apart, and steel was twisted!

It was as if a sudden magnitude 18 earthquake had struck; psionic energy, like a torrent, surged out of the spatial rift, forming a terrifying vortex whose immense gravitational pull at its edges swallowed even light!

Light formed a halo effect around the vortex, similar to a 'Schwarzschild radius,' and a powerful gravitational force dragged Fallen Prime and Megatron into the depths of that dark rift!

"This... what exactly is this?!"

Even Fallen Prime, the progenitor of the Transformers, was shocked by this scene. He never expected... that someone could create a 'black hole' directly without relying on technology!

Megatron, beside him, was almost scared to death, clinging tightly to Fallen Prime, engines at full power, trying to break free from the 'Vortex of Destruction's' control!

However, how could Emrys let him have his way?

"Trying to run?!" His veins bulged on his forehead as he desperately channeled psionic energy, and the boundless power of the Warp poured out like a flood: "The gift I've given, you'll take it whether you want to or not... you'll take it!!!"

Boom!

The immense psionic energy directly twisted space-time.

From that dark, deep rift, an extreme cold temperature surged out, mixed with surging lightning, as if replaying a scene of world destruction!

The Warp, originating from the souls and emotions of all living beings, carried a terrifying shriek that made Fallen Prime fearful, as if it wanted to penetrate and pierce the barrier of the material universe!

The visible psionic storm, shaped like a beautiful deep blue landscape, yet only the humans in the military base, and Fallen Prime and Megatron closest to the core, could understand the deadly danger contained within that beauty!

That dark vortex, like an apocalypse, frantically devoured the surrounding matter, and even hard steel was crushed by the gravity when it touched the edge!

Although the Transformers' bodies were made of Cybertronian metal, Fallen Prime would not be so arrogant as to believe he could emerge unscathed if dragged into that dangerous 'vortex.'

This was a tearing spatial rift; once dragged in, the consequences would be unimaginable!

At best, they would be thrown to an unknown corner of the universe; at worst... it was highly probable they would be thrown into a black hole, never to leave again!

"My master!" Megatron, with half a leg already torn into the vortex, screamed in terror: "Please... please save me, quickly take me away!"

Nonsense, do you need to say it?!

Fallen Prime's sinister gaze turned to Emrys, as if he wanted to chew his bones, and he said chillingly: "I will remember you... next time we meet, I will return this gift to you!"

Then, he slammed the Staff of the Void down!

A massive surge of Allspark energy instantly enveloped him and Megatron, isolating them from the 'Vortex of Destruction's' gravity, and then they suddenly vanished into the chaotic ruins!

Spatial teleportation!

Fallen Prime decisively used spatial teleportation again!

A surge of energy enveloped him and Megatron, instantly pulling them out of the 'Vortex of Destruction's' area of influence, teleporting them into the spaceship wreckage on Mars.

Even after reaching safety, Fallen Prime still felt lingering fear.

If they had been just a little slower, who knew where that spatial rift would have transferred them?

"This is what you called a foolproof plan?!"

Fallen Prime, furious to the extreme, unleashed energy from his Staff of the Void, directly suppressing Megatron: "My good apprentice, is this how you deceive me? Or are you... already impatient to seize my power!"

It was also fortunate that his Allspark energy still had enough to spare for two long-distance teleports, otherwise, they would have truly been doomed this time!

It was supposed to be a total annihilation of the Autobots, but instead, they almost got annihilated themselves. How could he not be angry? His old bones were almost torn apart!

That Staff of the Void was a weapon forged for him by a former comrade, also a Prime, powered by a depleted star, and its power was, of course, self-evident!

"No, no... My master."

Under the suppression of the Staff of the Void, Megatron's massive metal body was continuously squeezed by that force, emitting a teeth-grinding cracking sound. He quickly and fearfully explained: "I also don't know why this situation occurred!"

He felt even more aggrieved.

According to the plan, it should have been a total annihilation of the Autobots. How did it turn out that they were the ones who almost got annihilated?

Thinking of this, Megatron immediately shifted all his anger to the human who had presented him with this strategy; he was the most suspicious!

That's right, it must have been an Autobot accomplice, whose goal was to use this opportunity to wipe out all of them, the Decepticons.

Looking at the now submissive Megatron, Fallen Prime sneered a few times: "It better be as you say. Your repeated failures have already made me very disappointed, My apprentice."

"I... My master, this is the last time!"

Megatron, harboring resentment in his heart but not daring to resist, could only hide that hatred in his eyes and bowed his head deeply: "I promise you, there will never be a next time!"

Fortunately, Fallen Prime was not intentionally looking for trouble, but merely using the opportunity to warn Megatron.

Retrieving the Staff of the Void, he looked down at Megatron from above, a cold smile on his face: "My apprentice, put away your pathetic and petty ambition. What I don't give you... you cannot take!"

Megatron's head was bowed, his expression unreadable.

But Fallen Prime didn't care about Megatron's current mood; he merely regarded him as a useful pawn: "Don't worry about the Autobots anymore. Find the Star Harvester for me as soon as possible... that is the most important thing!"

Fallen Prime sat on the mechanical throne, and the thick cables connected to the seat immediately supplied him with energy.

Two consecutive long-distance spatial teleports were difficult even for a Prime to bear, and had already consumed too much of his energy, leaving him in a state of exhaustion.

Over tens of thousands of years, his body had suffered severe wear and tear, and the energy of his Allspark was far less vigorous than at its peak, like an old man on the verge of death.

But once he found the Star Harvester, he would no longer have to worry; the young star of the Solar System would replenish the energy of his depleted Allspark, allowing him to return to his peak!

Fallen Prime lowered his crimson, deep-cold eyes, still full of majesty, with a hint of threat in his gaze: "Remember your promise, and don't disappoint me again, otherwise... I wouldn't mind replacing you, Megatron!"

"Yes, My master"

Megatron responded, his body trembling slightly.

Admiring Megatron, who was prostrate before him, trembling with fear, Fallen Prime showed a satisfied expression; this was how he wanted to see him.

Since the purpose of the warning had been achieved, he closed his eyes, fatigued: "Go, My apprentice, don't disappoint me."

"Yes, My master."

Megatron slowly left the wreckage of the spaceship.

Unfortunately, Fallen Prime did not understand that his 'disciple,' Megatron, was cunning and treacherous, but also... he possessed an extremely tenacious resolve, will, and pride!

Swallowing his anger?

No, his nature was to repay every grudge!

Megatron, flying away from Mars, his eyes flashing with murderous intent: "Damn humans, cunning monkeys, how dare they fool me"

Fallen Prime, he couldn't do anything about him for now, but that didn't mean he had to swallow this resentment. The Decepticons were not the Autobots; he wouldn't give them a few good looks and actually think he, Megatron, was one of those Autobot fools, would he?

Megatron, filled with resentment, returned to Earth almost at top speed.

His target was very clear: that military base!

The entire base had been completely destroyed, almost reduced to ruins, with rescue vehicles everywhere, and Megatron's arrival made the U.S. soldiers nervous.

Everyone basically knew about the Allspark shard being stolen, and they were afraid of being implicated. Megatron's sinister gaze swept across the crowd, and he accurately found the human high-ranking official who had 'offered the strategy.'

"M-Megatron"

The high-ranking official also knew he had messed up. The strategy he presented had not only failed to annihilate the Autobots but had almost killed Megatron, immediately making his legs go soft with fear.

"This is... your strategy?"

Megatron's rage almost materialized, his voice like thunder, shaking the surrounding air: "Good, a good strategy indeed, to actually deceive my eyes!"

"No, no, no... lord Megatron, you've misunderstood!" The human high-ranking official was about to explain: "This was just a mistake, I have an even better plan!"

However, the extremely enraged Megatron no longer wanted to listen to this cunning monkey's sophistry. He furiously threw a punch, carrying tens of tons of force!

Boom!!!

Dust flew, and the ground shook violently!

Under Megatron's furious full-power blow, the human high-ranking official had been beaten into a pulp.

Looking at the high-ranking official who had been punched into a pulp, the soldiers nearby not only showed no sadness but even felt a bit of satisfaction. If it weren't for this damned high-ranking official, they wouldn't be in such a miserable state!

But Megatron's anger still seemed to be unvented. He then cast his sinister gaze upon the other soldiers but was attracted by the reaction of one of them: "You... aren't afraid of me?"

That was a military general with a very high rank. From his epaulets, he was clearly a Major General. Unlike the others, he not only showed no fear but even boldly stared directly at Megatron: "We haven't done anything wrong, so I don't think we need to fear you, lord Megatron."

Interesting human... Megatron's anger subsided slightly, and he stared at the human Major General with interest: "You lost the Allspark shard, is that not a mistake?"

The Major General's eyes were completely fearless, and he said lightly: "The plan to guard the Allspark was proposed by Sigmund. As executors, we have no fault whatsoever. Even after your failed retreat, my soldiers still fought with all their might, attempting to retrieve the Allspark shard from the enemy. Although we suffered heavy losses and ultimately failed, I... I don't believe we did anything wrong."

Reasoned and clear-headed.

Megatron scanned the surrounding humans with his gaze and found that, indeed, as he said, many soldiers were injured and met the definition of heavy combat losses. He immediately developed a slight favorable impression of this neither humble nor arrogant Major General.

Moreover, the Decepticons still needed humans as an indispensable force, so he decided not to pursue the matter further: "Very well, your courage is admirable. As you said, I will not blame you."

With that, Megatron was too lazy to stay and turned to leave.

"Begging your pardon, lord Megatron."

Just then, the Major General suddenly stepped forward and actually called out to Megatron: "Your plan has many flaws, which is precisely why it repeatedly fails."

Megatron, who was about to leave, stopped and turned to look at the Major General: "Flaws? Tell me your opinion."

The Major General sorted his thoughts and said: "Have you noticed that every time we are led by the Autobots, which is why in every localized battle, their advantage is greater than ours?"

"I find it strange why we, who have the advantage, are unable to concentrate our forces every single time? It's like scattered fingers; no matter how strong, if you can't concentrate your power to deliver a fatal blow to the Autobots, what's the point?"

Listening to the Major General's analysis, Megatron involuntarily nodded, agreeing with his point of view: "You're right, as you said, every time we are unable to concentrate our forces, which leads to our inability to deliver a fatal blow to the Autobots!"

"The reason is simple, lord Megatron."

The Major General's eyes held a chilling murderous intent, revealing his true intentions: "Because someone has constantly been interfering with you, disrupting our battle plans, which is why we are unable to concentrate our forces!"

"Hmm? Who is it?!"

The more Megatron thought about it, the more sense it made, and he asked angrily.

"Perhaps, you can find a clue from him." The Major General then raised his hand and pointed to the pile of minced meat, saying coldly: "As long as you investigate a little about the origin of their race and what they have done... I believe you will know."

Megatron accessed the network and quickly understood the high-ranking official and the intricate forces behind him, his face visibly growing angry: "Damn! Damn! Damn! They are so bold, daring to accumulate wealth in the name of the Decepticons!"

"Exactly, this is their inherent flaw."

The Major General said calmly: "It is also why you, the Decepticons, have been unable to truly eliminate the Autobots all this time. They need such a situation to better seize wealth, isn't that right?"

Megatron quickly calmed down and then looked down at the Major General: "And you... what do you want?"

Such obvious manipulation, how could he not see through it?

"I want control of the military, lord Megatron." The Major General knelt on one knee and said solemnly: "I can solve the Autobots for you, but I also have a request... I hope that after you rule Earth, you can leave us a living area. My request is only this, Megatron lord!"

"You are very clever, Major General."

Megatron's eyes showed appreciation, but then his gaze turned sinister: "But why should I trust you?"

"Because humans have no retreat."

The Major General's voice was steady, without any fluctuation: "From the moment we sided with the Decepticons, we had no retreat. If we don't want to be purged by the Autobots, then we can only help you, the Decepticons, achieve victory!"

Megatron was even more satisfied. This was the 'clever person' he valued, not those fools: "Very well, tell me your name, Major General."

"Charlie, lord Megatron ."

The Major General's voice was strong and clear.

"From today on, you are my adjutant." Megatron didn't mind giving him a title; after all, rather than entrusting it to those fools, it was better to let this clever man try.

"I will not disappoint you, lord Megatron."

A chill flashed in the Major General's lowered eyes.
