The Reason to Live
There is a man named George William who is driven by purpose. He lives for a reason and that is the reason he takes breath. He had done a couple of suicide attempts to end his own life, and every time he did it, he failed. He says until and unless he finds the meaning of life, he will not give up and will not die.
So he lives in a poor family where his father works as a poor carpenter. His mother is hardworking and devoted all her life to her children. His younger sister is married. Now there is no one to look after his family except him.
So he drives a car most of the time, but sometimes when he is free, he goes to beautiful parks and beautiful lakes to see daffodils, pink roses, and blue streams. That clears his mind. He forgets all his pain and believes that one day he will find the meaning of life.
He works as a car driver and works relentlessly to fill his family's appetite. When he comes home late at night, he asks himself the same question all the time: "What is the meaning of life?"
He comes to the conclusion that there is no meaning in life, so after seeing all the pain and hardship of life, he wants to end his life. He has done more than 20 attempts to end his life, but every time he stops himself by saying, "Not yet… I can't die without knowing the meaning of life."
At one point, he dreams of an ideal place where there is no pain, where everything is magical, and where he can happily die. He calls this ideal place Europe, Edinburgh.
After this, he gets a new life. He totally changes from being sad to becoming energetic. He starts to embrace pain and works hard for his purpose. At a certain point in time, it feels like he becomes the purpose itself.
But he does not have much money to go to Edinburgh by plane or vehicle or cycle, so he walks. He walks all day and rests at night.
Then one day, he asks a very deep question: "What do I love the most?"
"What is the thing I can die for?"
After all these questions, he finally finds his meaning of life:
"Oh! After all this, finally I got it. I got a reason to live, a reason for which I can die."
mean he finally reached
Edinburgh, he he said:
"I am the most happiest person in the
world not because I dont suffer but
I live for purpose. There is thousand
reason to die but one reason to
live = 'purpose'."
& After that he lived peace
made some money there too by
working as a waiter and had a
bakery shop and lived
happy thereafter in the
Magical World nature with his
dog 'Sophie' and enjoy little
moments of life and after that
died peacefully satisfied satisfied
at the age of 94 his last
word were: I admired (embrace)
death because it is the place
where i am belong – that the
perfect place i wish to go – the
state of unconsciousness. No
pain, no suffering, no love, no hate
no existence nothing only a nothing.
I never wanted an born in this life
but forcefully came to existence but
what truly matter is that i end
this play beautiful and i am
satisfied. I can to go for an
eternal peace…
