Simon was taken aback for a moment when he saw Merath and Jorra approach him, but he recalled that Merath said that they wanted to talk to him about something.
'I wonder what it is.' Simon was curious.
Some seconds later, Merath and Jorra stood in front of Simon.
Simon glanced at both of them and subtly observed their gazes.
'Jorra's gaze is cold as usual, but it seems to be colder this time around. Merath has a complicated expression.'
'Hmm... It seems this conversation might be more serious than I expected.'
"We heard that you were arrested."
Merath suddenly broke the silence.
Simon nodded calmly. "Yeah. I'm guessing nearly everybody knows about it now."
Merath nodded slightly. "Yeah. Everybody in the class has been talking about it ever since, and they're also calling you a murderer."
Simon indifferently raised a brow. "A murderer? Just because I was a suspect in a murder case, they believe that I'm a murderer?"
