Storm Reaper was very surprised when Simon called his title and his exact rank in their class.
He had never interacted with Simon before, and he believed that Simon would not know his name since he was not one of the popular students of his class.
Unfortunately for him, everybody's attention and eyes were only on Sunless, Jorra, Merath, and Simon.
Especially Simon.
Because of his rebellious, cold, and brutal actions and behaviour, nearly everybody's attention was on him.
As for Storm Reaper, very few focused on him, and he didn't expect Simon to be part of the very few.
But how could he know that Simon actually knew the titles, ranks, and appearances of everybody in his class.
He might not acknowledge them, and he might not bother to recall their details if they were useless in his eyes.
However, Simon knew every single one of his classmates.
