The Second Great War was a war that involved eighteen Demon Kings and thirteen Demi-Gods of Earth.
Anybody that sees such a line up would immediately predict that the demons would win and earth would definitely lose.
However, what many people would forget or fail to take into account is the fact that the demi-gods had the backing of the gods.
After knowing that the gods played a role in his death, and that everything was actually far more complex than he ever knew, he was fairly certain that the reason why the demons never won against earth was because of the gods.
But this thought troubled Simon more than one could imagine, and at some point, he had a terrifying thought as he read the book on the Second Great War.
'Is this all a game to the gods.'
Simon did not know, but what he did know was that the book on the Second Great War only had the surface truth, and not the deeper and darker truth.
