As the ship slowly approached, Bird Island also appeared increasingly clear before Jasmine's eyes.
It was a small black rocky island. Just as Isaac had said, not a single green plant could be seen on the island, only a great number of seabirds circling in the air above it. This season must be the breeding season for seabirds. A portion of the seabird eggs had already hatched, and the chicks were chirping with their beaks wide open, demanding food from their parents. There were other seabirds still lying in their nests, diligently incubating their eggs. Before winter arrived, the population of this flock of seabirds would likely double.
"Is this Bird Island dangerous?" Jasmine asked.
"No, as long as you do not destroy the nests of those seabirds, they will not intentionally attack humans."
