Lana set her silence globe back on her nightstand then pulled back her blankets. "There is one thing I wanted to do."
She went to her closet and put half her clothes in her bracelet. Since there were a closet and a bookshelf in there, she put all of her books in there on the shelves. She also put all but two blankets and two sets of sheets in.
Kattie watched her with envy.
Lana noticed, "what's the look for? Do you think any of us will be carrying our bags on our backs on the portal expedition?" Lana smirked then hid the bracelet under her watch.
"Blaine, we can do the same with some of your things as well. There's a closet in there as well as a bookshelf."
"We'll do that tomorrow."
Lana also placed the original kitchen in there as well as the deluxe edition. She was told it was a shelter so she needed to wait until she had room to try it out. For now, she had been carrying the Super model.
She then looked at Blaine with a twinkle in her eye, "I'm ready for bed, are you?"
He chuckled, "dressed like that?"
Kattie chuckled at them and turned off all lights but her desk lamp.
The couple chuckled finding themselves in mostly darkness.
"Do you have something you'd rather me wear? Oh, I could wear that new nightie you bought me."
She quickly changed, however, Blaine was dismayed by her lack of choices.
Blaine sighed, "we'll fix it this weekend."
Lana stepped close to him and wrapped her arms around him, "you are so good to me."
Blaine chuckled, "that's because you are used to being abused and neglected."
She slapped his arm playfully, "oh, hush. You treat me far better than those couples I've seen. You could tell they were together for the wrong reasons. They didn't appreciate each other, looking to make a power couple. If they found someone stronger, they'd be gone in a heartbeat."
Blaine chuckled, "I was definitely not looking. In fact, I tried to stay away. You are captivating."
She smiled and bit her bottom lip. "I think you are more captivating. Everything about you two screams perfection," she touched his forehead where she could see Kyle hanging out, observing.
She looked Blaine in the eyes, "switch with him," as climbed into bed.
Kyle looked at her with fire in his eyes. "I've never…."
She chuckled, "let him guide you." She held the blanket up for him to climb in, which he gladly did.
He leaned in and kissed her while trembling hands reached around her back and touched her bra strap. She slapped his hands and showed him something about her bra. With Kent hanging out in there, she needed to think of options, so she bought nursing bras. Before long they were both making sounds of pleasure then, holding each other, then they fell asleep.
Blaine reached back, turned off the globe and returned control to Kyle before they went to sleep. He had to share her after all.
Lana was woken in the night to get up and feed baby Kent. As he was eating, she began wondering what would happen when he got too big for her hiding place but still needed care throughout the day… Kent also had the problem of always needing contact with her. She wasn't sure if it was because of his mother dying or if it was the way she was hiding him. Either way, she put him back in his hiding place and returned to bed once he was done.
Blaine had set the alarm on his watch. He wanted them to shower together before starting their day. It was also times like that when Kent wasn't in her bra that he was able to bond with the kitten. Part of him wanted to make this time feel like he was sharing his life with her. He had a nightmare in the back of his mind of being forced to go back to his living hell. He wanted to stay in Heaven for as long as he could.
After they were showered and dressed, they nodded to the freshly wakened Kattie and headed up to Blaine's room. They wanted to put most of his things in her bracelet as well. Things such as clothes, spare boots, shoes, books to add to Lana's bookshelf. The reason for this was the amount of time they spent together. Some things were left in his room in case he was not with her. He simply wanted to be ready for any situation.
One such situation in his mind was grabbing Lana and going into hiding. With that same thought, he was trying to think if there was anything else they would need in such a situation and add those things, too.
Blaine's roommates watched the storage process with curious glances. They were in various stages of getting dressed. Neither was concerned about Lana seeing them as one had finished his shower right before she got there and the other showered fast and dressed in the bathroom. By the time Blaine was ready to head to breakfast, the others were as well.
As they passed Dobin's room, the three boys stepped out. The three went and got Kattie while the others went to breakfast. The new additions all joined them at the table. There was no longer any spare room that the teams would acknowledge at their table. Noone else would dare to sit with them anyway.
The day went as normal. When it was time for Blaine to help her in the lab, he went to the library first. Lana was almost ready to stop for the day when Blaine came in with a bunch of boxes.
"These need to go in your bracelet as well," he said with a smile.
He had purchased some survival gear for regular, hot, and cold weather planets. Enough for all their team members. He figured based on the size of the room she had described, if it was all left in boxes, it should be fine.
Before long, it was the weekend and Lana and Blaine spent the day together, just like they planned. This time, they didn't hide the fact they were going to town.
"Blaine, if we are going to buy me more clothes, do you think we could find a furniture store? We could buy some dressers and wardrobes to better organize things. Make a his and hers in there?"
Blaine nodded, "and those boxes have clothes as well, cold and hot weather. You can put ours in our closets and leave the rest in the boxes or buy a total of 4 wardrobes and hang everything up. Is there room in there for that?"
"Let's go to the furniture store first and see."
Soon they were shopping for well-built furniture. She wasn't sure if the bracelet could be broken or if anything in there would be impacted if it was hit, so sturdy was the most desirable feature. Lana found four that were suitable and purchased them. Seeing there was still some room for furniture, she purchased two cabinets and four dressers that had varying sized drawers to increase storage options. When she had time, she would open all the boxes and properly stow everything.
Next, they went to the mall, specifically a store that specialized in sleepwear of varying quality. Blaine refused to allow her to sleep in low-caliber clothing so he bought her six different sleeping outfits. She did get something for her birthday but she often just wanted to be lazy and sleep as she was. He was hoping to influence her to wear something comfortable to sleep in.
They stopped by a bathroom and she stowed her purchases then walked back out.
"So, what's the plan from here?" Blaine smiled at her.
"Do you want any clothes or anything? You are always buying for me. What can I get you?"
Blaine chuckled and leaned down to whisper in her ear, "you in one of those nighties is all I need."
Lana chuckled as her face turned red. "okay…"
Lana thought for a few minutes. "Actually, it's near lunch time. Why don't we get something to eat and go sit somewhere secluded and eat?"
Blaine gave it some thought then tapped on his watch and seemingly placed an order. "Okay, by the time we get there, it should be ready," he smiled a mischievous smile.
"What did you order us?"
He chuckled, "you'll see. You'll like it. Also, do you want to eat in the park or in your room?"
"I think my room is in use right now but we can go see."
Before long, they were heading to her tree with something smelling incredible in Blaine's hands. As they approached, they ran into Cynthia with a huge smile on her face and a number 8 on her watch.
"Lana! Thank you again for this! You said I needed to let your boyfriend touch me to use the ability?"
Lana nodded with a smile, "yes. I can't believe you got it that fast!"
"Well, I need to practice it. The book gave me the MC and taught some techniques. It says in the beginning of the book that with practice, I could go beyond level 8. It's the same way to use it regardless of level."
Lana nodded and looked at an excited Blaine. Cynthia was already standing there with an outstretched hand, waiting for him to get what he needed. Blaine's hand trembled as he tapped the back of her hand. The smile on his face brightened as he should now be able to duplicate the family's ability book.
