The fourth one also encouraged Slav. Their words were so good to hear that even though they were his slaves, they were able to soothe his anger and appease him.
But the appeasement wasn't nearly enough to make him forget his anger. He won't take out his anger on them, but something has to be done to remove the source of his anger permanently.
So he said to them, "He must die."
His words were like the decree of a king. The four of them had to take it seriously and think of ways to execute his decrees.
But what he was asking for wasn't something that could be achieved easily. The four of them looked at each other in dismay before one of them gritted his teeth and tried to calm Slav down.
