The second person who appeared was a man. Their body was normal and wasn't made with inanimate objects. But their bodies were tattooed with numbers, and the numbers were always changing.
Loki didn't know who the second person was, so he didn't know if they came to fight him. Either way, he prepared himself to fight two people.
As he examined them, he said to himself, 'A public battle is bad as it would expose my capabilities. But it shouldn't reach that point because if they fight me, they will surely be weakened themselves, and they will be weakening themselves in front of everyone.'
'I don't doubt that they have an enemy who would be willing to take advantage of their weakness, so they shouldn't fight me in front of everyone. But if I have to fight, I should target the mortals below first. When I eat the mortals, I will gain more lifespan that I can use to fight.'
