The fifth project he is busy with is invading worlds with his Divine Army. This is another source of resources for him, especially as a stable source of World Pump, which he intends to use later on Gemini younglings when their super worlds are ready.
Lastly, he needs to build Celestial Artifacts. This is the last thing on his list because he doesn't really need the strength from Celestial Artifacts.
From the third thing on the list, their progress can be erased. That is, he would have to start over if he reversed time. This is one reason the first and second items are rated so highly.
As for the last item, not only did he not need the strength from Celestial Artifacts, but Celestial Artifacts are not easy to get. He would have to spend a lot of time and resources to get them, only to have to do it again when he reverses time.
