For a minute, he was tempted to just destroy the three super worlds and be done with them. He was also tempted to use the secret trump card of this avatar that he had kept hidden for so long.
While he was thinking about what to do, Heavenly Eye appeared in the sky above him, saying, "That's not good sportsmanship, trying to remove my pathway."
"So those Wills snitched to you, huh?" Loki replied. Then he said with a sneer, "I hope they are prepared for the consequences of turning against me."
Shaking her head, Heavenly Eye said, "You don't have to do this. We don't have to fight."
"You didn't have to become a Dao Lord. Yet, here you are," Loki said, scoffing in disdain.
Seeing as he wasn't willing to entertain her, she decided to change the subject.
"I came for a truce," Heavenly said calmly.
"Oh. A truce? What do you have in mind?" he asked with a smile.
In response, she said, "We will not try to kill each other in the upper realm or sabotage each other in the lower realm."
