Walking into the cave, they were hit by a pungent, damp smell that almost made them nauseous.
Even Ray's sensitive nose was triggered immediately, as he was the first to get hit before any other person could react.
Quickly covering his nose, he bore through the smell, and they fully walked into the cave, which was barely wide enough to accommodate them all.
There was barely any space to move properly, but they were still able to stand inside the cramped space.
It was supposed to be dimly lit, but thanks to the light pouring in from outside, the others were now able to see what sort of place they had walked into.
On the ground were bones… human bones with a few pieces of decayed matter on them.
Squinting harder, Ray could see that the residue was actually human flesh.
His gaze sharpened immediately.
"Looks like the cave really exists," Kai muttered as he caught sight of a fireplace in one corner.
