It's been ten minutes since Daphne stepped into the study, and she had been just sitting there, looking at him with a complicated expression that was speaking volumes.
Although he had an inkling of what she was thinking about, letting her open her mouth and say it was the only way they were going to talk. She was, after all, the one feeling burdened and not him.
