Being a part-time housewife, Jana at times spent her time at home but when there is a special event which her husband wants her to attend, she would attend accordingly.
If she has friends to meet, or go elsewhere with her children, she would leave the house. But most of the times, she would visit her mother-in-law and spend some time at the ancestral home.
Although, they barely talk, just being there and doing her duties keeps her more at ease, and she gets to receive life lessons that had been very helpful in her current life so far.
However, lately, when did it start?
It seems every time she visits her mother-in-law, she was always occupied on her phone. The smile on her face was so bright and genuine. After eavesdropping, she learnt that her mother-in-law had made a new friend, a young girl in her twenties. It was simply shocking. She didn't believe at first, but when she heard their conversation, it dawned on her that she wasn't hallucinating. It was very real.
