DIO's ability is Reality Overwriting?
It is the power to forcibly change the laws of nature, to make thoughts reality, to overwrite 'existence' itself.

The Authority of the Herrscher of Origin, in essence, is also the rewriting of the rules of the real world, a different form of making thoughts reality. And DIO, the perpetrator of it all, descended from the sky like a god, a halo of golden-white light shining brilliantly behind him. Compared to the black-clad Jotaro and the generally dark-uniformed Demon Slayer Corps, he almost looked like the true hero.
Grabbing the yellow-haired boy who had sent him flying earlier, DIO showed an expression of contempt. With a slight squeeze of his hands, Zenitsu Agatsuma's body shriveled into a dried husk. A light touch from The World, and he vanished completely.
Ignoring the swarm of ants in his way, DIO's eyes were fixed only on Jotaro, who was still alive.
"Oho, still alive? You're really still alive? Your heart had already stopped, and your internal organs were crushed, yet you're still alive."
"You people of the Joestar family... you really are a tough bunch."
"It seems that to kill you, I will have to use the true power of The World: Over Heaven."

As he thought this, The World: Over Heaven manifested, suddenly appearing in Jotaro Kujo's vision and throwing a punch straight at his head.
"Star Platinum... Na... Nani?"
Facing danger, Jotaro subconsciously tried to summon Star Platinum.
However, DIO gave him no such chance. The 'overwrite' ability activated. Before Star Platinum could even appear, The World's fist was already at Jotaro's chest.
"This time, I will erase your entire 'existence'! Disappear completely, Jotaro!!"
This was no ordinary punch, but one imbued with the power to 'overwrite reality.'
DIO... he no longer wanted to see Jotaro's face. Although he had failed to drink Jotaro's blood, as long as he could safely eliminate this fated enemy, it was enough for him.

ps: Actually, according to the game's setting and plot, Star Platinum didn't achieve Over Heaven for no reason. During Jotaro's quest to hunt down DIO and collect the Saint's Corpse Parts, he had already met the conditions for evolution. Therefore, the "Star Platinum Printer" is more of a meme. Here, because the author had already changed the conditions for DIO's ascension to Heaven, I also modified Jotaro's. In the end, it can mostly be attributed to fate.
