It seems Agravain has gone mad.
Across the infinite multiverse, seeing Agravain willing to face a powerhouse like Li Sushang just to kill Guinaifen, the viewers outside the screen couldn't help but twitch their eyes.
Although they knew Agravain detested Guinevere, they never imagined his hatred ran this deep.
The moment they met, it was as if he were seeing a mortal enemy, hell-bent on her destruction.

[Light Curtain Commentary]
Utaha Kasumigaoka: "No matter how you slice it, Guinevere is King Arthur's wife, and now she's even received King Arthur's blessing. Is Agravain really willing to defy King Arthur just to kill a Guinaifen who has practically no connection to Guinevere?"
L: "Logically speaking, Agravain should not be making such an impulsive move. It's too naive. But it's clear that his emotions are currently overwhelming his reason. For an adjutant, this is an extremely dangerous state to be in."
King Arthur: "Agravain… he rarely shows such emotion. To this day, is he still holding a grudge over that incident?"
In the Type-Moon world, Artoria gazed at the Agravain on the screen and sighed helplessly. As a king, she had truly been incompetent, failing both Guinevere and failing to promptly perceive the turmoil in Agravain's heart.
Agravain: "My King, there is no need to trouble yourself. This is merely a personal obsession of mine."
Sensing Artoria's thoughts, Agravain immediately spoke up. The version of him in that Singularity was indeed a bit too extreme. Under normal circumstances, even if he detested Guinevere, he wouldn't be so reckless. He would, at most, secretly find an opportunity to kill her again.
This should be the result of a mental breakdown caused by prolonged high-intensity work, leading him to momentarily lose control upon seeing Guinaifen.
But this also indirectly reflected just how ridiculously difficult it was to save that Singularity.

[On the light curtain, upon hearing Xuanzang's nickname for him, the crowd of Purified Knights couldn't help but turn to look at Agravain.]
"This… this little brat dares to speak so insolently to Lord Agravain! She truly doesn't know her place! A miserable fate awaits her!?" the Purified Knights whispered amongst themselves. In the Holy City, Agravain the Iron's status was second only to the Lion King. How could he be insulted like this?
Hearing Xuanzang's words, Agravain, though still intent on killing Guinaifen first, managed to calm down slightly.
One thing he had to admit was that without Sir Lancelot present, his own abilities, even with the help of an endless stream of Purified Knights, would make it very difficult to keep all of Chaldea's forces here.
He shot a furtive, wary glance at Li Sushang.
Mordred's battle report described Li Sushang as possessing astounding martial skill, never once revealing her full power from beginning to end.
No single knight of the Holy City could be her match.
Although that rebellious knight was also a target to be wary of, for Mordred to describe her in such a way, it was impossible to overstate this young woman's importance.
Agravain shifted his gaze back to Guinaifen. She had been startled by his previous attack, but her eyes held little hatred. Instead… there seemed to be a hint of… pity?
What is this? Is she pitying me? Pitying this son of Morgan?
"Hmph… truly, why did a change like this have to happen in this land of finality, and at this particular time?"
"Xuanzang Sanzang, I have no intention of negotiating with you. I didn't before, and I won't in the future." Agravain closed his eyes, taking a deep breath.
When he opened them again, the madness in them had vanished completely, as if he were a different person from moments ago. The calm, decisive, and reliable knight, willing to devote his everything to the Lion King, had returned.
"But I have a high opinion of your deep insight."
Agravain continued gravely, "Though you are just a little brat, you have at least seen many countries."
"On this point alone, your words are worth listening to."
"Little brat" was Agravain's response to Xuanzang's earlier nickname. Though he didn't care for such things, he didn't want to acquire any more ridiculous monikers.
Hearing Agravain's words, Xuanzang's face flushed. "What do you mean, 'little brat'?! Little Ah, you and I are not that far apart in age." Clearly, Xuanzang was quite displeased with this form of address.
However, Agravain did not dwell on this. He glanced at the sword-wielding Li Sushang, then at Xuanzang, with whom he wished to converse, and said, "Fine… I will give you one chance. One chance to return to our side."
"You have seen life in the Holy City. You have seen the life of the mountain people."
"You have also seen the territory of Egypt, and the nation of Ozymandias."
"On that basis, I ask you again: in your opinion, is the Lion King wrong?"
"This…" Xuanzang fell silent, clutching the staff in her hand, unsure of what to say.
Is the Lion King wrong? If the premise is saving humanity and the Human Order, then the Lion King cannot be said to be wrong. In fact, she has been walking the correct path all along. Though the path is a bit twisted, a bit distorted, it is by no means incorrect.
In terms of saving the Human Order, even the Pharaoh of Egypt was far less effective than the Lion King.
Seeing Xuanzang's hesitation, Agravain continued, "That's right, you should be able to understand, Xuanzang Sanzang. The Holy City is reality. The Holy City is the ideal."
"No matter which faction, their ideologies are the same. We are merely fumbling for a way to survive."
"As for 'protecting the people of one's nation,' even that Ozymandias is no different."
"But by his methods, nothing will change. He will only perish along with the world, with this era."
Agravain first praised the Lion King's achievements, then belittled the Sun King as worthless. The so-called pyramid was, in the end, just a territory formed by a Noble Phantasm. The Pyramid of Ramesses II was fundamentally incapable of withstanding the destruction of this world. When the true end finally arrived, the humans under his protection would have only death awaiting them.
"Think back to your days in the Holy City. Everyone was prosperous, equal, helping and respecting one another."
"The ideal city that King Arthur once dreamed Great Britain could become has been realized in the Holy City."
"And yet you abandoned it. That in itself is an insult to me."
Agravain's expression remained cold, but as he mentioned the Lion King's ideal kingdom, a trace of pride crept into his frosty demeanor.
He gazed at Xuanzang. "Xuanzang Sanzang, King—No, Her Majesty the Lion King appreciates your thorough consideration. Therefore, this is the final invitation."
At this point, Agravain's expression turned solemn. He believed that Xuanzang, who had traveled through many nations, would be able to understand the Lion King. He also believed that the Lion King would save this world.
Thus, Agravain extended an invitation to Xuanzang. "Return to the Holy City and take your place at the Round Table, Xuanzang. With your abilities, you should be able to fill the vacancy left by Gareth."]
Fill the vacancy left by Gareth?
Xuanzang?
Across the infinite multiverse, upon seeing this, countless viewers expressed that they had never expected such a scene.
Tawara Touta: "Xuanzang? Heh, she's strong enough, but with that timid personality of hers, aren't you afraid she'll run away mid-fight?"
Detective Conan: "Agravain has regained his composure. No wonder he could become an executive officer despite his lack of strength. This level of emotional control is truly astonishing."
L: "In a sense, he only became like this after seeing Li Sushang. As expected, having a high-level combatant on your side often makes things twice as easy. If Li Sushang weren't here, I'm afraid he wouldn't be speaking so cordially."
Light Yagami: "Still, though he says he's conversing, he's also waiting for someone, isn't he? Or rather, waiting for reinforcements. The knight still outside… Lancelot."

[On the light curtain, Xuanzang fell silent for a long time after hearing Agravain's words.]
Finally, under the concerned gazes of Ritsuka and the others, Xuanzang slowly spoke. "Yes. To be honest, I've been very confused."
"The Lion King and the Sun King, and the people of the mountain… which side should I support?"
Xuanzang's expression was incredibly calm, completely devoid of her earlier liveliness. Agravain simply looked at her silently, not interrupting.
"At first, I didn't have much motivation. After all, I couldn't hear the voice of the Buddha."
"The Buddha's silence meant that he considered my interference to be meddling."
Xuanzang's voice was a bit dejected. She didn't know if her appearance in this Singularity was the will of the Buddha.
But…
Xuanzang secretly glanced at Li Sushang.
"Perhaps the spirit of chivalry is contagious. Now, I can no longer stand aside."
"Because I know very well, no matter how beautiful the Lion King's Holy City is, the actions of you, the Round Table, are too strange!"
Hearing Xuanzang's words, Guinaifen couldn't help but agree. "That's right! Even if the Holy City is an ideal city! The cruel act of screening people and killing those who aren't chosen is still unforgivable!"
Sure enough, this witch-queen should not exist in this Singularity.
Out of prejudice against Guinaifen, no matter what she said, Agravain would sneer at her words.
"That is not cruelty. It is a conclusion. Those not chosen by the Holy City will die in the wilderness."
"If it were only that, it would be fine. But those not chosen will sooner or later come to resent and envy the Holy City."
"In order to keep the Holy City as solid as a rock, this root of disaster must be severed. This, too, is the Lion King's compassionate heart."
Agravain looked at Guinaifen, his expression cold as he continued, "For a witch-queen like you who betrayed the King, you would never understand the King's actions."
"We have never forced anyone from the very beginning. Whether or not to participate in the Saint Selection in the Holy City is up to the refugees themselves."
"And the battles we started were to protect the Holy City from our enemies. As long as the mountain people give up their holy land, we will not fight."
"Witch-queen?" Agravain's address of Guinaifen confused Ritsuka.
What does he mean, a witch-queen who betrayed the King? In the history of the Knights of the Round Table, was there such a person? There was Morgan, who was called a witch, though.
But soon, Ritsuka realized. A witch-queen… who betrayed King Arthur.
If Agravain was treating a witch-queen with such an attitude, then it could only be her.
Realizing this possibility, Ritsuka couldn't help but gulp.
Holy smokes, is Guinaifen Guinevere?
This was even more shocking than King Arthur being a woman.
Thinking about the things Guinevere did in history, it was no wonder Agravain would have such a strong reaction.
As queen, she had a secret affair with the Knight of the Round Table, Lancelot. After being exposed, Agravain led troops to apprehend them, only to be killed by Lancelot in return.
Under these circumstances, it was no wonder Agravain had lost his composure earlier.
"Little Gui, do you know you're Guinevere?"
While Xuanzang and Lancelot were confronting each other, Ritsuka lowered her voice and whispered to Guinaifen beside her.
Guinaifen, however, stuck out her tongue speechlessly. What did she mean, "do you know you're Guinevere"? She is Guinevere. It's more like this damn Spirit Origin has been causing her a lot of trouble, making everyone stare at her now.
"Ritsuka, since it's come to this, I won't hide it from you anymore. The truth is… my real name is Guinevere."
As Guinaifen's voice fell, the entire dungeon fell silent. You could hear a pin drop.
Aside from Li Sushang, everyone else wore a look of utter disbelief.
"Guinevere…" Bedivere murmured, his eyes filled with shock as he looked at Guinaifen. The queen had been by his side all this time, and he hadn't even noticed!
Tawara Touta, Cursed Arm, Xuanzang, and Serenity all couldn't help but turn to look at Guinaifen.
This was the most beautiful woman in Camelot from the legends, King Arthur's queen, Guinevere?
To be honest, if Agravain hadn't said it, and Ritsuka hadn't confirmed it again, they really wouldn't have believed that this was the Guinevere from the legends.
"Hmph… hehe, hahahaha, interesting. Under a different face, not only the Spirit Origin, but even the soul is the same? Truly worthy of a witch-queen."
Agravain said, his eyes gradually turning dangerous.
However, Guinaifen shook her head and said to Agravain, "You might not believe me, but I'm really not the Guinevere you know. You don't have to be so hostile towards me."
Guinaifen was well aware of her situation. She was Guinevere, but she had no connection to the Guinevere of this world other than her name. If not for the Spirit Origin, she wouldn't have been mistaken by all these Knights of the Round Table.
However, just as Guinaifen said, other Knights of the Round Table might not know, but Agravain didn't care.
Whether this Guinevere was real or fake, as long as she was Guinevere, she had already touched his reverse scale.]
