Rape, sexual slavery, pointless torture, wanton destruction of survival resources, and similar acts of cruelty did not make the zombies more dangerous or force the survivors to grow stronger.
They were merely unnecessary acts committed by sentient beings.
As long as Zayne didn't interfere with the actual trials of the Zombie Apocalypse, the World Will had no reason to oppose him.
This was also why he had deliberately added the final few rules.
He wasn't protecting humanity from the apocalypse.
He was only preventing humanity from making the apocalypse even more needlessly cruel.
As for the rules regarding contracts, they also wouldn't affect the world's adversity. If someone didn't want to enter a contract, they could simply refuse. But once they voluntarily agreed to one, they would have to abide by it.
Most importantly, Zayne had deliberately preserved murder, theft, plunder, warfare, and competition.
