[The rewards presented are dependent not on one's ranking but on the Perfection Percentage Milestone. It's also dependent on one's power rank at the time of reaching that Perfection Percentage, which is dependent not on the real time of reaching it, but on the end of the Monthly Apocalypse World Update Theme.]
[In other words, if the Perfection Percentage Milestone is reached at a much lower power rank, the rewards received will be less in quality. The purpose of the Perfection Ranking Rewards is to be of immediate help to the Terran Survivor, but with the limit of what the milestone rewards can give.]
[All of the rewards, aside from the title reward, aren't dependent on the ranking but the Perfection Percentage Milestone.]
[In your case, you've reached the limit of reward quality you could receive from each Perfection Percentage Milestone.]
