"No!!!" ×2
Aiden Sarutobi had just kicked the door open and boldly declared that he was going to the battlefield.
That was something absolutely unacceptable.
Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo Shimura rejected it instantly, without the slightest hesitation.
"The battlefield is extremely dangerous!"
"You haven't even graduated from the Ninja Academy yet— you're not even a genin!"
"What exactly do you think you're going to do on the battlefield?!"
"Has Konoha really fallen so far that we need to send a child to fight?!"
A storm of objections came crashing down on him.
Their stance was clear.
Absolutely not.
But Aiden didn't even bother arguing.
As a proper villainous prodigy—
once he made a decision, it was never up for discussion.
"I'm not here to ask for permission," he said casually.
"I'm just letting you know."
With that, he turned around and walked out of the Hokage Tower without another word.
Silence fell over the office.
After a long moment, Hiruzen let out a deep sigh.
"That brat…"
"Everything about him is fine—except that personality. It's infuriating."
Danzo narrowed his eyes, his expression complicated.
"He's already made up his mind," Danzo said coldly.
"Trying to stop him now will only make things worse."
Hiruzen rubbed his temples.
"Battlefields are no joke…"
"If anything happens to him…"
Danzo didn't answer.
Because for the first time, even he wasn't confident he could control what Aiden Sarutobi was about to do.
