Normally, they only had meetings once or twice a month.
The only exception would be if an Elder Member called for a meeting. Even then, there had to be a justified reason for the gathering.

Every member of the Sunlit Order lived double lives.
They had embedded themselves into different strata of society in order to ensure the completion of their plan.
This meant they couldn't afford to be suspected by the people around them. That would jeopardize everything they had bided their time for throughout more than a decade.
However, after gathering and hearing the news of Davin's death, most members grew solemn.
They understood the severity.
But the matter didn't stop there.
Just as Rey predicted, Logan ended up using Soul Arts to search through Davin's memories, which was how he uncovered the cause of his death.
