Lore 3: Geography

Power in this world is born from land, shaped by history, politics, and the quiet brutality nations learn to live with. Dominant alphas and dominant omegas emerge from specific environments where pheromonal saturation and biological pressure mold entire civilizations around them.

The world the books belong to is structured by geography. Some continents barely produce dominants at all. Others generate them in dangerous concentrations. And then there is Alamina, a land where power mutates, intensifies, and sometimes breaks past what a human body or mind was ever meant to hold.

Geopolitics, in this universe, is inseparable from biology. Nations negotiate over living weapons. Governments legislate instincts. Religion attempts to sanctify what is, in truth, strategic survival. And at the center of it all stands Alamina, the place most capable of creating kings, catastrophes, or something halfway between.

Continent I

This continent holds four major states:

The Palatine Empire The Kingdom of Rohan Draxil A territorial portion of Saha extending across the continental divide

Palatine is considered one of the central political powers of the world, with stable governance, developed infrastructure, and controlled dominant populations. Palatine produces dominant individuals, but not in extreme concentration. Their dominant alphas and omegas are powerful but comparatively fewer than those found elsewhere.

Rohan and Draxil have historically shown minimal dominant presence. Records confirm that, at best, a single dominant alpha may be born in an entire generation. Some generations produce none at all. As a result, their societies never developed dominant regulation systems on the same scale as other nations.

The Sahan territories on this continent operate under Saha's broader authority and follow Sahan-dominant policies rather than local continental norms.

Continent II - Kingdom of Saha

This continent belongs entirely to Saha.

Although formally designated a kingdom, Saha functions in practice as an empire, with multiple powerful regions unified under the crown rather than operating as independent monarchies. Political power is centralized, but regional authority remains significant.

Saha has the second-highest concentration of dominant alphas and omegas in the world. Their pheromonal environment is naturally strong, contributing to higher awakening rates. As a result, Saha maintains advanced control systems, formalized legal structures regarding dominants, and long-standing experience in managing both stability and risk.

Continent III – Alamina Empire

The Alamina Empire occupies the third continent entirely and stands as the most biologically volatile region in the world. It borders Saha across oceanic and strategic boundaries, resulting in one of the most carefully monitored geopolitical relationships in existence.

Alamina produces the highest concentration of dominant alphas and dominant omegas globally. The pheromonal saturation of the environment is significantly higher than anywhere else, contributing both to frequency of awakening and to the intensity of manifested abilities. Historically, many of the strongest recorded dominants originate from Alamina.

However, this strength comes with a corresponding risk. Alamina also produces the most unstable dominant profiles. Individuals with extreme abilities, uncontrollable tendencies, or deteriorating mental restraint form a recognized demographic category within the empire. In internal documentation, these are often referred to informally as "beasts" or "monsters."

The anomaly extends beyond humans.

Alamina is the only known region where non-human life developed dominant-like traits. Certain animal species exposed to the same atmospheric and biological pheromone intensification have manifested abilities similar to dominant alphas. These range from enhanced intelligence and violent territorial responses to recorded cases of pheromone-based influence and environmental manipulation.

Such animals are classified under regulated categories:

Alpha-Variant Fauna–Animals displaying heightened physical capability, endurance, and abnormal biological resilience.

Ability-Manifest Fauna–Animals exhibiting functional pheromone abilities, including environmental impact or predatory behavioral manipulation.

Unclassified Threat Entities–Rare, extreme cases exceeding containment expectations, treated with the same priority level as unstable dominant alphas.

These creatures are cataloged, tracked, and, in several historical incidents, responsible for large-scale destruction before elimination or capture. As a result, certain regions of Alamina remain restricted, militarized, or permanently quarantined.
