She was holding onto my shirt. Her face was red, and her eyes seemed determined. She was moving her mouth, but she was mumbling under her breath.
"I....I want to spend more time with you, Park," she said.
"Huh?"
For a moment, I didn't know how to respond. Her words caught me completely off guard. I had expected her to say something else, maybe make another joke, or tell me that she was just messing around with me. But the expression on her face told me otherwise.
At first, I thought she was kidding, but looking closer at her face, I realized it was the complete opposite. She wasn't joking at all. Her hands were still gripping my shirt, and she looked like she was trying to find the courage to say what was on her mind.
"Y-You want to hang out more? W-Well, I need to see about that."
