System: Ability Creation system - Lets user put in name and description of an ability and the system will create a detailed training plane and outline on how to create and train ability with the power system of the world as a base. You only have three ability creation slots and depending on the strength of the ability the longer the time to create it will be. The created ability must be an ability within your capabilities to must have the corresponding attributes to create specific techniques.
Ex. In order to create a mind related ability you need yin
