To prevent a single punch from worsening Harry Osborn's injuries instead of curing his mental issues, Lionel held back a lot of his strength.

With a bang, Harry Osborn was knocked backward onto the ground, a string of saliva spluttering out, reflecting a crystalline gleam in the flickering electric arcs around him.

After the punch, Lionel wiped his fist, which was stained with saliva and blood.

Tony Stark, who was about to say something, froze. Even with his active and sharp mind, he was momentarily speechless, unable to react. After a full two seconds, he continued, "So you two had a grudge? Even though this Goblin is annoying, there's no need to desecrate the body after he's already unconscious!"

Lionel didn't explain his actions further but stared at Harry Osborn on the ground.

"Hoo~ Cough, cough~ Cough!"

Taking a deep breath, Harry Osborn coughed as he sat up from the ground. He looked around with a somewhat bewildered expression.

"Kid, you woke up the Goblin! Get away quickly!"

"Hey, Goblin, don't move. Weapons are locked onto your head. Without your glider, you can't dodge bullets!"

Several muzzles extended again from the shoulders of Tony Stark's armor, locking onto the bewildered Harry Osborn.

Harry Osborn quickly raised his hands: "Whoa, whoa, whoa, guns don't have eyes! Don't point that at me!"

Suddenly, Harry Osborn felt a dizzy spell, and a flood of memories rushed into his mind, making him a little unsteady.

"Jarvis, fire a tranquilizer dart."

Tony Stark was a man of his word; if he said he'd shoot for moving, he would shoot.

The tranquilizer dart instantly left the barrel, heading towards Harry Osborn's exposed head.

Noticing Tony Stark's action, Lionel quickly raised his hand, and an invisible metallic sheen covered his palm.

A metallic clink sounded, the noise of the tranquilizer dart's needle colliding with Lionel's palm.

"Shit! Kid, how did you do that? Jarvis, was that my specially made tranquilizer dart you fired?"

If it weren't for the faceplate, Tony Stark would have rubbed his eyes, questioning his own vision. The weapons loaded in his armor were all designed by him personally. As a master of weaponry, the tranquilizer darts Tony Stark designed were not the slow-moving syringe type; their speed was comparable to ordinary pistol bullets. Normal humans couldn't even see his tranquilizer darts, let alone block and deflect them with their bare hands.

Jarvis quickly analyzed and replied: "Sir, the dart fired just now was a tranquilizer dart, no error. Camera records show that this man reacted after I fired the dart, and a special energy covered his palm. It is a reasonable inference that this energy blocked the dart."

"Energy technology? Jarvis, investigate the information on these two people."

Tony was even more surprised. Even he hadn't mastered energy technology yet, and there was that cat-like monster. It was getting stranger and stranger.

Jarvis had performed identity recognition multiple times, completing the search in just a few seconds.

"The man currently in front of you is named Lionel, American, who runs an agency. Currently, there are only two people, but his data only goes back four months. Before that, there was no information about him in the database. His identity information also has issues and is very likely forged. It is worth mentioning that after you announced the closure of the weapons division, Mr. Lionel purchased six hundred thousand U.S. dollars worth of company stock, making him a small shareholder of the company. No corresponding data was found for the woman; facial recognition was unsuccessful. However, according to Mr. Lionel's data, the woman is likely Mr. Lionel's roommate, the other person in the agency, Makima, and her data, apart from her identification, has no other information. No trace of her social activities was found, and her identification also has problems, also being forged."

"Their information is so strange; could they really be aliens! But this Lionel has good foresight. He'll be glad he invested in Stark Industries." Tony Stark began to seriously consider the possibility of Lionel and the other person being aliens.

"Mr. Stark's intelligent butler is truly impressive, acquiring our information so quickly. However, isn't it a bit impolite to fire tranquilizer darts without a word?" Lionel said loudly, but his gaze remained on Harry Osborn.

Harry Osborn had recovered, his eyes a little vacant. "I almost killed Gwen!"

"You don't need to blame yourself for that. You had mental problems at the time; simply put, you were mentally ill. I don't think Peter Parker would blame you either, especially since Gwen Stacy only suffered minor injuries."

Lionel briefly comforted Harry Osborn.

"Who are you? Did you help me?"

Lionel said to Harry Osborn:

"Of course, I resolved your precarious mental state. Now you won't go mad because of mental problems, but your physical problems are still very serious. Without this life-support armor, your body would quickly fail and you would die."

Harry Osborn was slightly stunned at first upon hearing this, then quickly became panicked, quickly reaching out to grab Lionel's clothes, his voice trembling: "Save me, you can solve my mental problems, you must also be able to solve this side effect. I can trade anything, I am Harry Osborn, I can give you the Osborn Group!"

Lionel shook his head and smiled faintly:

"I can save you, but you don't seem to have anything to give me. I heard you've already been kicked out by Osborn's senior management. What can a lone man like you give me?"

Harry Osborn became flustered and quickly said:

"No, it's not like that, that's only temporary. As long as my physical problems are resolved, I have ways to regain control of the company. I have leverage over those shareholders; with a little maneuvering, the company will be mine sooner or later!"

Lionel then said, "Then how will you guarantee that you can fulfill your promise after I save you?"

"I, I..." Harry Osborn paused for a long time, unable to come up with a way to prove his promise.

Looking at the anxious Harry Osborn, Lionel spoke the words he had thought of from the beginning:

"It seems you can't prove yourself, but it doesn't matter. I'm an understanding person and can see that your words just now were not false. But since it's a transaction, there still needs to be a contract or agreement, which I can provide."

After speaking, Lionel raised his hand, and a piece of paper, somewhere between illusory and real, appeared in his hand. The content on the paper was not written in English or any language Harry Osborn knew, but he understood the meaning of the content with just a glance.

"Lionel resolves Harry Osborn's hidden danger of physical decline. In exchange, Harry Osborn and the forces and resources under his control shall serve Lionel."

Seeing this magical scene, Harry Osborn became even more convinced that this man named Lionel could save his life. He quickly grabbed this lifeline, saying, "I agree to this contract, as long as you can save my life!"

Harry Osborn's hand touched the illusory paper, which instantly shattered, turning into specks of light that flowed into his body.
