Prologue
In the sanctum of the observable universe, when science advances beyond understanding, it completely changes the very universe. Humanity has reached its greatest potential, a world corrupted by the apocalypse known as the antiverse, and still found its way to deliver itself from the ashes of war.
The world is divided between the truth, and the matter at hand is lost within the confines of the world that it once was.
Humans plunged into an endless war, with the fate of the universe at stake.
The beings from another dimensional plain, eldritch horrors that defy all reason, with an army. THE GREAT MONSTERS KNOWN AS THE SHINGARA born from the quill of all-knowing. To judge a world advance beyond the understanding of what is sane.
When all is lost, humanity still has a fighting chance, a will, born through the hearts of many – A heart set ablaze from within. Abstraction of people who once, as their very heart, became something beyond reason. The Flame heart, the core of the very ability humanity conquers in the beginning, from natural human instinct to SURGE!
The antiverse became more active throughout history and war; those who could hold a blade fought! – Fend them off until there is nothing left. For the very gods have betrayed us, we must stand against the divine. March forth until the day the Great Sanctuary becomes present.
After the third war of the surge, 15 years had passed. At the South-East of Seronork, the Galactic Union, a boy from Avados serving a sentence for a crime he didn't commit at the age of 13 years old, he was framed for the death of a high general in the Galactic Union.
He was dressed in an orange jumpsuit, on his right eye a scar – one eye blinded from his time spent in this hellhole known as the galactic prison. 2 years have passed today, he will be leaving the confines of the prison that holds him after being bailed 2 million dollars from prison.
This young boy was an E Rank special rogue surger, who, after being in prison, went under rehab, and now, he is in better shape than before, at least as of now. The galactic union hopes so because of the many fights this boy causes during his time here.
His name was 'Huntsman Abadel.'

Chapter 1 – Listen to Your Heart
CLAAANG! - Metal grinds against metal
"These are some new clothes for you, provided by the person who bailed you," said the Galactic Union prison officer
"A red cloak, pants with…. Is this a Gun?" said Huntsman as he was confused about why an officer of the law would give a criminal a weapon.
"You might be confused about why I gave you a gun. Well, the thing is, the person who bailed you believe if you're not sane in the head, you would have shot yourself," said the officer as he laughed in his face. "I mean, anyone who went through what you have witnessed staying here, death will be the only escape for you."
"Why would a person who knows nothing about me decide to bail me, heck even giving me a loaded gun," said Huntsman as he just hands back the gun to the officer, remarking after, "I am well sane, as an officer of the law, keep the gun, this person who bailed me is really something."

Abadel leaves the prison to the front, looking tired and ready to get whatever is happening over with.
A figure with a futuristic vehicle, which can only be described as a merchant van with many unique items, mysterious looking, with each having a tale to be told. The person in question is a short female wearing a blue and black jacket designed in a nicely knitted cloth, with a plain shirt and red tie, heavy black rain boots with a hollow yellow inside. She holds a briefcase inside her weapon of choice, a Desert Eagle that can only be held by a warrior who fights for the rights of the people, A person righteous in their name with a will to fight.
Her name was 'Xu Everlast', the GoShot popularly known by many as the best gunslinger of the galactic union.
"You look tired, poor thing, you must have suffered so much inside that place," said Xu Everlast as she looked at him with great pity. "Anyways, I will tell you about the details in the van, there is a reason why I bailed you from this place."
Xu and Huntsman got in the van as the night became more silent, striking midnight. The sudden breeze from the van window, a comfortable side bed inside the van, Abadel sits comfortably on the bed as Xu puts the vehicle on autopilot, heading to the coordinates outside the city. They both locked eyes before the conversation began.
"What was the reason for you bailing me then, Madam? I am in shock. Is there a reason you want me, of all people," said Huntsman Abadel as his curiosity grew.
"So, you might have known, recently from the news headline," said Xu Everlast as she threw papers on the table near the bed for Abadel to check out. "See that fine print, right there, do you recognize this beast?"
"I believe so, it looks odd, a shadowy figure of a witch," said Abadel
"Your ability from the files I pulled on you told me that your very abilities are known as beast surge. Not only can you take the form of eldritch beings, but you also have extensive knowledge in recognizing monsters, types, and species. Look at this one as well. Any clues of whether this eldritch being is a normal shingara or something greater?"
"This isn't the ordinary shingara, usually their form is abstracted and twisted beyond human comprehension, but this one is something different its almost elf-like." Said Huntsman as he put his hands on his face, thinking hard on the possibilities, a mystery so enticing.
"Now that you say that, it could be an elf, could it be? There is no shot, Morina destroy her fragment 15 years ago, yet I can't even remember her name it's as if all information about the figure been erase from history itself," said Xu Everlast as she clenches her fist in frustration because what in the world could this possibly mean she remembers dealing with a figure so similar yet the details is very thin to the point its like if it never even happened.
"15 years! I wasn't even dreaming of being born, but I don't buy all this. There is another reason why you bailed me out of prison, isn't it?" said Huntsman as he strives closer to the truth.
"I want you to become a Galactic Special Forces Detective. You will need to enter the Galactic Union Tournament of the Foul, where you will be specialized as a soldier, forger, or detective. The reason why I bailed you out is simple: you have the potential of changing your path and becoming something to be remembered, not forgotten, in the confines of history." Said Xu Everlast, "You will live under my roof, and I will provide clothing, food, and anything you desire. All I ask is that you become a special forces detective so we can begin our operation on hunting down this shingara."
The room became silent, for Huntsman's final say on the matter will determine his future moving forward. As a surger he lived a life of fighting to survive and preventing his name from tarnishing further. Yet a deal from a woman he doesn't know, I mean, she doesn't seem shady in the slightest only thing that makes her suspicious is that she is not telling the full truth of the entire situation.
"Deal, I will work my way through this tournament, I will use my abilities to become righteous, something many from my background wouldn't do," said Huntsman, as his very heart wants this for himself, a better future where he can continue onward.
"Ok, well, beginning tomorrow, I will train you under my wing before the tournament, which will take place in a month from now, as I said. All you have to do is gain that title, then you will enter the academy as a student, meaning you will be closer to joining a faction. This fraction will depend on how you perform – I am the owner of the Herix Fraction, the best of the best, to get a place within that fraction its either through placement after becoming a student or reevaluation exams, which automatically place you higher once you perform above a certain level," said Xu Everlast in detail.
"Alright, that's all you can rest until we arrive at my home. I have someone I would like for you to meet."
Huntsman nodded his head in agreement with what Xu explained. Starting from now, his path towards redemption became ever more apparent. In this world, only the righteous and strongest prosper. Is it really wrong for him not to be elated for change? As he should continue onward to push through the pressures of life and make something out of it.
"The glow of the night is always so beautiful to look at," said Huntsman as he slowly fell into a great slumber, "Until tomorrow, I guess."
