Chapter 2 - Chapter One Rift

The air crackled with tension as Hyūga Aranji stood amidst the ruins of a hidden laboratory, his breath steady but his chakra flaring. This wasn't just a mission it was an extermination. His target a rogue shinobi who had delved too deep into forbidden experiments, blending Space-Time ninjutsu with Fūinjutsu. The man was S-class, dangerous, and desperate.

Aranji's taijutsu alone wouldn't be enough. His Byakugan flared to life, veins bulging at his temples as he tracked the enemy's movements each feint, each flicker of chakra. He saw through the illusions, the misdirections, and locked onto the weak point. His grip tightened on his blade.

With a deep breath, he poured chakra into the sword. Lightning surged along its edge, crackling with raw power. His body responded in kind his normally smooth, silken hair began to whip wildly in the storm of energy. He was drawing from the Tiger Beast Realm, tapping into the sacred bond he'd forged through years of meditation. This was the strongest he had ever felt.

But his opponent wasn't finished.

The rogue ninja's hands blurred through a sequence of hand signs, faster than most could follow. Aranji's eyes widened. This wasn't just Space-Time ninjutsu it was something darker. A fusion of dimensional warping and sealing arts. A technique meant to erase more than just a body. It was meant to erase memory, legacy, existence.

Aranji knew he wouldn't survive this.

He reached into the storage seal tattooed on his arm and pulled a small scroll. With practiced precision, he unraveled it and slapped it onto his blade. Layers of intricate seals flared to life, wrapping the sword in containment formulas designed to suppress even the most volatile chakra.

The rogue's jutsu condensed into a black sphere of spiraling energy. Aranji charged.

They clashed.

A flash of white. A roar of thunder. Pain like unraveling threads.

Then nothing.

When Aranji opened his eyes, he was somewhere else. Not shattered across dimensions, not dead, but… displaced. He lay at the edge of a river, beside a quiet village nestled in a misty valley. The terrain was familiar trees like those in the Land of Fire but the chakra in the air was different. Alien. His clothes were scorched and torn, his body bruised and battered. Only his forehead protector remained intact.

He tried to activate his Byakugan. It worked but barely. The chakra here resisted him, like a current flowing the wrong way. His connection to the Tiger Beast Realm was still there, but faint. Like a whisper from a distant dream.

He reached into his pouch and retrieved a chakra pill, swallowing it dry. Strength returned in flickers enough to stand, enough to fight if needed. He wrapped his arms in spare cloth, salvaged what gear he could, and summoned his companion.

Or so he thought.

The creature that emerged was not the tiger he knew. It was larger, more primal. Its fur bristled with raw power, but its eyes lacked the intelligence of a true summoning beast. It wasn't from the realm he knew. It was something else.

Cautiously, Aranji placed a hand on its head. A pulse of chakra passed between them. In an instant, he saw through its eyes—and saw himself. The disorientation nearly dropped him to his knees.

He staggered back, heart pounding.

"…Where the hell am I?"

[Here is the clothes that he's wearing right now clothes]
