Chapter 4 - Chapter 3 — The Feast of the Heavens

The next morning, the world was still broken.

Silence. Empty streets. Schools closed. Businesses abandoned. Only fear lived freely.

Xain opened his door… and froze.

A letter.

Not human paper. Not Writer parchment.

This one felt… alive. Its surface shimmered like night sky trapped in fabric.

Stars moved across it.

The seal?

A shining northern crown.

The North Star.

"Xain —

By decree of the Supreme North Star, you are invited to the Arch.

A feast of the Constellations, Lords, Archangels, and higher beings will be held.

Your presence is required."

Required.

Not requested.

He exhaled slowly.

Then— That voice… Cold. Warning.

"If you go… there is no guarantee you will return."

Xain's heart slammed.

For hours he wrestled with it. Fear. Curiosity. Survival instinct. Responsibility he never asked for.

Meanwhile the world outside stayed in shock. HildOid? Finished. Cities? Emotionally paralyzed. People hid indoors while madness whispered across the earth.

Finally…

He chose.

"I'm going."

The Ride to the Heavens

The sky split.

Five Archangels descended riding celestial warhorses—armored beasts forged from light itself.

Ranked 3 to 7.

Divine. Intimidating.

"Mount," one commanded.

The world vanished.

He didn't fly through clouds.

Reality folded.

Colors changed. Air changed. Gravity changed.

Then…

He saw Arch.

Heaven

It wasn't floating clouds.

It was breathtaking.

Islands suspended in the sky, linked by light bridges. Forests glowing with golden leaves and shimmering fruit. Waterfalls that fell upward. Beasts of pure light roaming freely. Temples taller than mountains. Skies painted with living constellations.

The air felt alive. Every breath tasted like purity.

Beauty… backed by terrifying power.

They rode across crystal plains. Past singing rivers. Through star-lit fields.

Then the horses stopped.

Before Libru Gate.

A colossal castle.

Walls forged from radiant gold. Floor made from celestial diamond—so clear yet so indestructible it reflected entire galaxies. Pillars engraved with histories of universes. Doors taller than skyscrapers.

The Archangels bowed.

The gates opened.

The Feast of Beings

Inside wasn't a hall.

It was a universe.

Constellations floated overhead in symbolic form—no true bodies, only shapes of power. Lords sat like monarchs forged from authority. Archangels lined the walls like disciplined weapons. Even historical beings whispered quietly.

None appeared in true form.

Because if they did…

Xain would die instantly.

He swallowed hard.

Then he noticed something chilling.

No joy. No celebration. Smiles didn't exist here.

They weren't gathered to welcome him.

They were gathered to study him.

Evaluate him.

Judge him.

Maybe… Kill him.

He didn't know that part.

To him… it felt like a strange royal event.

But on the throne of radiance, the North Star watched silently.

This is the human chosen to become a Star. This is the anomaly. This is the future threat.

And around the hall, more whispers.

How could a human become a Star? Impossible. Unacceptable. Dangerous.

Some wanted to test him. Some wanted to use him. Some wanted him erased before fate could unfold.

Xain?

He took a deep breath.

If this was a trap…

He'd survive it.

But he wasn't just here to eat heavenly food and look amazed.

He came with purpose.

If these beings wanted answers…

He wanted secrets.

And slowly…

A war of smiles and silent hostility began.

Feast of the Heavens had officially begun.
