Chapter 110 - Chapter 111: The Saiyan Superman from Planet Vegeta

"Reparo!"

Adam had his Shadow Clone bring Storm and the others back, removed the Mutant inhibitors from their necks, put them all on the Brotherhood's Mutants, and then used a Reparo to fix the camera, continuing the global live broadcast.

The audience in front of their televisions once again saw the scene in Cairo at that moment.

They had just seen Mr. Flash display his Kamui, transforming into a giant King Kong to turn the tide and defeat Apocalypse, but before anyone could rejoice, the entire screen went dark, and no one knew what happened next.

Now, it was finally back on.

"Dear viewers, I'm Eddie, a reporter from the Daily Bugle. There was an unexpected incident just now, but under the leadership of Mr. Flash, everything has been resolved. This crisis, which could have annihilated all of humanity, has now dissipated.

Now, let's interview Mr. Flash.

Mr. Flash, who exactly was Apocalypse, who brought this crisis upon humanity?"

Eddie, back in his reporter persona, handed the microphone to Adam, who was once again wearing his golden armor.

Previously, fighting as Venom, he had been quite tormented seeing reporters from other news agencies getting such a huge scoop.

Fortunately, with Adam's approval, he could finally resume his reporter identity and conduct a post-battle exclusive interview.

"According to our investigation, this Apocalypse was a Loki who ruled Egypt five thousand years ago. His awakening now was to destroy human civilization and return to his reign of slavery," Adam calmly replied.

Taking advantage of the highest public interest right after the event, he set the tone for the matter, which would facilitate better public relations later.

If Apocalypse were said to be a Mutant, it would undoubtedly bring negative repercussions to Mutants. So, he simply gave him the title of a Loki; after all, no one could verify such a thing.

"A Loki? Do gods truly exist in this World?" Eddie asked, following the pre-arranged script.

Adam nodded: "Of course they exist, but gods are not as ethereal as everyone imagines. They might be powerful beings that existed long ago, or products of accidental genetic mutations, or even aliens from other Planets.

It's just that ancient human civilization hadn't developed yet, so they were recognized as gods.

Some of these gods might be sleeping in a corner of the Earth, some might be living on their own Planet in outer space, and some might even be mingling among humans."

He explained this to make everyone understand that beings like Apocalypse might appear again in the future, and humanity's current weapons are insufficient to deal with them, requiring Superheroes like themselves.

It wasn't to say that after this incident, League of Heroes would no longer be important.

"Therefore, I still hope that for the sake of the entire Earth, those with special abilities will actively join us, so we can fight together to protect the Earth.

Next, our League of Heroes will introduce a League of Heroes ranking system. Based on ability assessments, Superheroes who join will be ranked from F-Rank all the way to S-Rank. Superheroes of different ranks can carry out different missions to better safeguard everyone's safety."

"With Mr. Flash leading the Superheroes to protect the Earth, I believe that even those so-called gods will not be a problem.

However, I would like to ask, Mr. Flash, where do your abilities come from? Are they, like Spider-Man and Flying Valkyrie, the result of an accident, or are you, like Storm and Cyclops, a Mutant, and thus born with them?

I believe the audience in front of their televisions must also be very, very eager to know the answer to this question."

Eddie continued to ask.

And as soon as he asked this question, everyone watching the live broadcast at that moment subconsciously nodded.

Adam displayed such powerful abilities during his battle with Apocalypse, even transforming into a giant King Kong. How could they not be curious?

"Actually, neither. I am neither a Mutant nor did I gain my abilities through an accident.

The reason I possess so many abilities is that I am not human, but a Saiyan. I come from a distant Planet called Planet Vegeta.

My Planet was destroyed due to special circumstances, and I am the sole survivor. I was sent to Earth by a spaceship right after birth and have lived here ever since."

Adam smiled and recited his pre-planned lines.

His identity had always been a mystery. Saying he was human was impossible, and he wasn't a Mutant either. It was better to just say he was an alien, which could clearly explain why he possessed such formidable strength.

Anyway, no one could go to an alien Planet to verify, so this persona wouldn't collapse.

Of course, that wasn't the most important thing. The most important thing was that he wanted to use this identity to set the stage for later events.

"Mr. Flash, your experience reminds me of Superman. You both come from an alien Planet, both grew up on Earth, and both fight to protect the Earth.

I always thought Superman was just a comic book character, but I never expected him to actually exist in reality. You are our real-life Saiyan Superman!"

Eddie said with an excited tone.

Adam immediately waved his hand modestly: "I am not as powerful as Superman yet, but I will do my best to lead all Superheroes, like Superman, to protect the Earth and humanity.

As I just said, many of the gods in human legends are aliens, like Odin, the All-Father in mythology, Thunder God Thor, and Loki, the God of Lies. These all actually exist.

They live in the distant Asgard and have also visited Earth, leaving behind legends that became the gods in human mythology."

In a few years, Thor and Loki would both come to Earth to confirm his words, and then humanity would trust him and League of Heroes even more.

"I never expected it to be like this, Mr. Flash. Can you reveal more related information to us?" Eddie handed the microphone back to Adam.

Adam smiled: "These are all basic knowledge that I've had since birth. If you're interested in learning more, we can do an exclusive interview next time, and I'll tell everyone the relevant information.

Everyone also doesn't need to worry; not all gods are evil like Apocalypse, and please also believe that the Superheroes of our League of Heroes fear no god.

Alright, that's all for today. Merry Christmas, everyone!"

With a blessing, Adam completely ended the global live broadcast and took everyone back to New York on an X-Jet.

As for the subsequent miscellaneous affairs in Cairo, he left them to S.H.I.E.L.D. and the local government. He still had to rush back to have Christmas dinner with his family and prepare for the company's large-scale expansion after Christmas.

Before the plane departed, Night Walker, who had been hiding Professor X in the ruins, also brought the Professor back into the X-Jet.

Therefore, this mission could be considered a complete success: Professor X was rescued, Apocalypse was killed, Magneto was arrested, and the League of Heroes was promoted from New York to the entire World.
