**Chapter 51/1 – The Day Joker and Harley Made Elara "Die Laughing" on Purpose**
1485.
Elara still woke up crying every night.
Joker and Harley decided it was time to change that.
They put together an entire act just for her:
- Joker created shadows of all the monsters she had faced in time…
- …and Harley crushed them all with a giant illusory pink hammer.
In the end, a giant shadow of Elara appeared, hugging all the children.
Elara laughed so hard she lost her breath, fell to the ground, and cried… from laughing so much.
— You guys are idiots… my favorite idiots.
Since that day, nightmares lost their power.
**Chapter 51/2 – The Secret Rina Kept for 3 Years**
Rina (11 → 14) kept one of Elara's baby teeth she found in the garden when she returned.
She made it into a pendant and wore it hidden around her neck.
On Rina's 14th birthday, she gave it to Elara:
— You lost this tooth before you disappeared… I kept it to give it back when you came back.
Elara cried, hugging the pendant as if it were gold.
**Chapter 51/3 – The First Time Lirien Sang the Happy Future**
1486. During a picnic, Lirien had a vision… and began to sing.
It wasn't tragedy.
It was the whole family, years in the future, still together, still hugging, still laughing.
The song was so beautiful that even the flowers bloomed at night.
When she finished, everyone was crying.
— This is the future I choose to believe in — she said.
Elara kissed her forehead:
— Then sing it again tomorrow.
**Chapter 51/4 – The "Forbidden Drawings Book" the Girls Made**
Sylvara started it.
Each page: a drawing of them killing a different monster… followed by hugs afterward.
- Page 1: Elara freezing a dragon and everyone hugging it until it melted from love.
- Page 7: Joker and Harley exploding an army and then having a picnic on the remains.
Lysithea found the book, pretended to scold… and added a page: herself hugging everyone after blowing up the world.
The book stayed hidden under the collective mattress.
**Chapter 51/5 – The Day Graciela Gave Her Own Axe to Elara**
1485. Graciela (59 years old, but still strong and firm-bodied like a war dwarf) called Elara to the backyard at dawn.
Her hair, once chestnut-reddish, was now completely white-silver, shining like freshly forged steel.
It wasn't old age.
It was the awakening of the mark Joker placed on her the night of the blood moon.
Since then, every strand became living silver, pulsing with invisible dwarven runes that only appear in battle.
She handed over the ancestral war axe—the very same one that had crushed skulls on the bloody night—now with white runes glowing on the handle.
— This axe drank the blood of those who dared touch my family.
After the awakening, it chose you as its next owner.
Because you, girl, are the warrior I always wanted by my side on the front line.
Elara held the axe with trembling hands.
The metal vibrated at her touch, as if recognizing its new mistress.
Graciela gave her a strong (but affectionate) slap on the back:
— White hair isn't old age; it's the mark of someone who's killed enough to earn the gods' respect.
You and I are now silver sisters.
When we shake these hairs on the battlefield, even dragons will tremble.
Elara cried hugging the axe… and hugging Graciela right after.
Since that day, the axe stayed by her bedside,
and the white hair of both shines the same when they fight side by side.
(Graciela remains strong, beautiful, and with centuries ahead, just now with the look of a "legendary war dwarf with living steel hair.")
