Chapter 18 - Chapter 18

Both Sasaki Yukina, the red‑haired gyaru, and Kurumaita Yanagi, the white‑haired twin‑tail, froze in place.

They could only gape at Reina Hinasaki, who was still draped all over Rai Hikaru—moaning softly, rubbing against him under the pretense of "pain," her face a mix of mock distress and unmistakable pleasure.

Shameless bitch! the other two cursed inwardly in perfect harmony.

Then, as if on cue, both let out exaggerated squeals of "Ow, that hurts!" and collapsed against him too.

"Rai‑kun, you're so mean! That really hurt~!"

Within seconds, Rai had three warm, curvy bodies plastered over him like human magnets.

What the hell—?

Is this some new species of scam? A synchronized accident attempt?

He looked down, utterly speechless, as the trio clung to him, whining about being "hit" while their hands roamed restlessly over his chest and arms. The contrast between their words and behavior would've been comical if it weren't so absurd.

At the edge of the scene, little Imazumi Keita stood frozen, his expression torn between envy and existential despair.

He'd been bullied by these same three girls for weeks without gaining so much as a casual touch—yet this transfer boy walks in and suddenly has all three wrapped around him like ivy vines.

Unfair. Completely unfair.

He'd comforted himself for ages by thinking maybe they bullied him because they liked him. But now… watching this unfold shattered that fragile fantasy.

Rai sighed inwardly, staring at the trio glued to him like industrial adhesive. "Alright, enough already. You three keep yelling that you've learned your lesson—does that mean you'll quit bullying classmates for good?"

"Yes, we swear!" Reina chirped, quickly echoed by the other two. "After being taught a 'lesson' by Rai‑kun, we've seen the light! We won't do it again."

Yukina nodded frantically. "Right! Imazumi‑kun, we won't bother you anymore."

The boy blinked. "Wait… so you won't come to my apartment after class?"

All three girls shook their heads in unison. "Nope."

Relief flooded Imazumi's face. Whatever weird miracle had just happened, it had saved him. "Th‑thank you, Rai‑kun. Really."

Rai managed a weary wave, silently telling him not to mention it.

But the moment Imazumi slipped away, the three gyarus sidled closer again, eyes gleaming.

"Rai‑kun," murmured Reina, "we'll quit bullying him, sure. But he did promise to let us play the newest game console at his place, and he said he had a private apartment."

"Right. We agreed not to harass him, but we still want to play," Yukina pouted.

Kurumaita tilted her head innocently. "So… maybe you could let us hang out, Rai‑kun? We could come to your place after school. Just us. Party time~?"

All three leaned in, talking over one another.

Rai exhaled, unimpressed. "So you're asking to come to my place. For a party."

Their eyes lit up instantly. "Exactly!"

He shrugged. "I do have an apartment. There's a console there. If you can figure out where it is, fine—have your 'party.' I won't stop you."

He said it casually. After all, from what he remembered, these three were infamous for sneaking into guys' apartments to "hang out," but they hadn't yet picked their next target. Probably still just in the "planning stage."

If they did manage to find his place, well… then he'd be happy to "educate" them properly.

The girls' eyes shimmered with excitement.

Meanwhile, poor Imazumi, overhearing from the hall, almost cried with relief.

Thank god they switched targets! If they'd come to my place, those three would've turned it into a disaster zone.

He clenched his fists, whispering to himself, Good luck, Rai‑kun. Better you than me.

Then hurried off, practically humming with happiness.

Once he was gone, the trio dropped all pretense of modesty.

Reina's golden nails slid under Rai's collar, fingertips tracing over his chest.

Yukina's hands explored the toned curve of his back.

And the smallest, twin‑tailed Kurumaita—her face all false innocence—was eyeing something far lower with curious fascination.

Rai felt his patience slipping. The way their "bullying" was escalating, he was three seconds away from dragging them into the nearest bathroom and settling this the straightforward way.

But then—salvation arrived.

"Hey! What do you three think you're doing?!"

A sharp, authoritative female voice cut through the classroom.

"No harassing classmates!"

The three froze, whipping around.

Rai turned too—and blinked.

Standing there was a girl who seemed to radiate righteousness itself.

Violet hair tied neatly back, crimson eyes bright and stern. Her uniform immaculate. Her posture military‑straight.

Tsuiname Chizuru.

Class representative. Guardian of school order. Defender of virtue.

Before Rai could say a word, Reina flipped her hair, smirking. "Well, if it isn't Prez Chizuru~. What's this, class president? You butting into our business now?"

Chizuru didn't blink. "Get away from Rai‑kun. Now. Or I'll bring the teacher straight here."

"You—! Ngh?"

Reina had started to snap back—but suddenly gasped instead, her voice breaking into a soft, startled whimper.

Then, almost inexplicably, all three girls reacted the same way—each letting out a quick, breathy cry before stepping back, faces red and confused.

And just like that… they retreated.

"Hmph. We'll let it slide this time, Prez," Reina muttered. But as they turned to go, the trio shot Rai sultry, lingering smiles.

"See you after school, Rai‑kun. Don't forget—the party~."

Rai sighed quietly.

Chizuru frowned, crossing her arms. "Party? What party? What were they talking about?"

Facing that relentlessly pure expression, Rai didn't even flinch. "Nothing serious. They just meant an after‑school study session at my place. You know—group review, teamwork, all that."

Chizuru's eyes widened, then softened with admiration. "Oh! That's… wonderful, actually. If you can get them to focus on studying instead of wasting time, it would be such a good influence!"

"I'll do my best," Rai said, deadpan.

Then she remembered. "Ah—right! Almost forgot why I came. Homework collection… and White River‑sensei said she wants to see you in the faculty office."

Rai shrugged. "Homework? Didn't finish it. I'll give it to you tomorrow."

Chizuru slammed her palms on his desk. "Rai‑kun! Don't tell me those gyarus are corrupting you already! How can you slack off on assignments?!"

He nodded solemnly. "Yeah, my bad. I was busy tutoring Reina and her friends. Fell behind because of it."

The indignation on Chizuru's face melted instantly into guilt. "Oh… oh, I see. I misjudged you. I'm sorry, Rai‑kun! You were helping them better themselves… You're really selfless, you know that? Tomorrow's fine!"

"Sure. And yeah, I'll head to White River‑sensei's office now," he said lightly.

Watching her retreat, face still flushed with remorse, Rai couldn't help but chuckle.

"Pure, righteous, and completely gullible," he murmured. "That's our class rep, alright."

Thanks to his memories from before reincarnation, he knew Chizuru's type inside and out. Sweet, dutiful, easy to manipulate—especially when guilt could be played into it.

So the class rep has a plot thread too, huh?

A glint of cold intent passed through his eyes—the hunter's instinct of the Pure Love War God awakening. He quietly activated his Pure Love Sight, locking his gaze onto Tsuiname Chizuru.

A clear, unwavering white aura appeared above her head.

"Bright white... no corruption, no danger signs. Looks like she's safe—for now."

Rai breathed out slowly, tension easing.

A righteous, innocent girl being defiled—that kind of tragedy was something he refused to allow.

He scanned the three gyarus again, as well as the surrounding classmates.

All white light. No current threats.

Only then did Rai push back his chair and head toward the teachers' office.

Knock knock knock.

He rapped lightly on the door.

"Come in," came a mature, velvety voice from within.

Rai opened the door and stepped into the office.

Only two teachers were present—both stunning women, their professional poise edged with mature allure.

One was a graceful beauty with long, straight black hair down to her waist. Her figure was voluptuous—narrow waist, full hips, and a commanding presence that exuded the charm of a married woman. She was currently scolding a male student with frosty authority.

The other was her polar opposite: younger, blonde, equally endowed, but with a more playful energy that softened her sharp curves.

The blonde teacher glanced up and waved. "Rai‑kun! Quit standing there staring—come here already!"

White River Miha's smile was bright and deceptively sweet.
