After stepping inside, Aric looked behind and gave a sharp glance towards the lingering shadow behind his car then turned and locked the door behind them, pulling Darian in with him.
Aric moved closer, his tone low, almost tired, as he tried to calm the strom inside himself, "Why are you always so demanding, Aric?" Darian asked.
Aric was paused for second and thought, "What! the hell, when did I even think like that?"
Darian's voice trembled but bold, the words spilling out before he could stop them, "I know I'm not great detective like you, I know I make mistakes.
But I try-every single time. Why can't you appreciate me for trying, instead of pushing me away and turning cold, can you give me a chance to show you that I am actually good at work"
For a moment, Aric said nothing. He closed his yes, took a slow breath, and finally spoke, softer than before, "Its not that I don't apperciate you, "he said," Your way of approaching things is not same as before darling"
"When the heck will you stop calling me by that, we are not together or close enough for you to call me like that", Darian spoke the words without realizing that what he has gotten himself into.
He grabbed Darian's neck and pulled him close, his voice were sharp and threatening, cold and terrifying, " Listen to me darling," he said through clenched teeth, "You do things without thinking twice of the consequence, you get emotionally involed in which you shouldn't"
"What are you doing get off me", Darian snapped and tried to push Aric away with all his strength but failed.
Suddenly, Aric moved closer to Darian's ears and sniffed, "BABY, what your doing is not to my liking better behave your self or else I will lock you up and never let you out, every hour, every second you will be in front of eyes and never leave me" Aric sounded weird when he used these words.
Darain was confused after listening to what Aric said, " Aric are you okay, look at me?"
Already Darian was in shock when Aric sniffed him, although with that he was concerned about Aric's sudden change...
Aric moved closer and bit Darian's ear and sucked his blood, " What the hell, Aric it hurts...aah..aah..aah.. Stop Aric".
Aric did't stop rather he licked the blood and sucked in again, and again until it stopped bleeding. Darian froze, shock stealing his words. His mind went blank when Aric licked the blood, unsure whether to be scared or hurt.
Darian suddenly tightened his grip on Aric's Arm, which made Aric snap out, his expression changed-panic replacing anger "what the hell am I doing...? he muttered in tremble, to himself. and sudden thoughts triggered, "Omg I forgot to take my meds this morning what the fucking hell is wrong with me, how could I forget something so important"
He pushed Darian away-not harshly, but urgently -and staggered back. "Go" Aric shouted, backing towards the guest room, "Whatever happens, don't come near me. Lock your room door, stay there"
Before Darian could say a word, the door slammed shut. Silence followed. Still shaken, Darian was lost in words of Aric sudden behavior and squarted down behind the door and touched were he was bitten by Aric, the blood was flowing still.
He grabbed a cloth and pressed against the wound and tears rolled down, "Did I do something that he will hate me for eternity?"
Couldn't do more so Darian stood and
obeyed to Aric's words. He went to his room, locked the door, and waited- his heart was heavy with pain and unanswered questions.
The next morning, Aric's door was open.
He was gone.
Darian called him again and again. No answer.
Days passed.
Then weeks,
Still Aric was no where to be found.....
