● Vis:
Vis is the fundamental life energy of the world. It flows through all living things, circulates through invisible internal channels called Veinlines, and is stored and refined within a spiritual organ known as the Vis Core. Everything in Avarn consumes and releases Vis.
● Saijin:
Saijin are individuals whose dormant Bloodlines have awakened, allowing them to consciously manipulate Vis.
● Bloodlines :
Every Saijin possesses a Bloodline, an inherited or mutated essence tracing back to ancient ancestors. A Bloodline determines potential.

● Vessel:
Vessels are weapons and artifacts formed when Vis condenses around a powerful death or catastrophe. They are not forged but born,created from imprinted will, purpose, and legacy. Each Vessel carries its own nature and can manifest physically when fueled by Vis, taking the form of weapons, armor, or other tools. In essence, a Vessel is a fragment of existence that refused to fade
● Makai:
A Makai is a parasitic lifeform,formed from collapsed Vis or Rotten Vis, failed souls, and environmental Veinline ruptures.
● Fukaku ( Rot Cores ):
A Fukaku is a crystallized mass of Rotten Vis. A Makai exists to feed and stabilize its Fukaku.
● Makai Grades:
Grade represents the depth of corruption and existence state of a Makai. It describes how far a Makai has drifted from natural Vis, how heavily it warps reality, and how dangerous its presence is.

● Makai Classes ( Fukai ) :
Class or Fukai represents the amount of Fukaku (Makai cores) a Makai possesses. It measures evolutionary mass, power capacity, and authority among Makai.

Makai evolve in two ways. By accumulating Fukaku, they increase their Class. By the mutation of their Fukaku, they ascend in Grade. Class measures how much corrupted power a Makai possesses. Grade measures how deeply its existence has been corrupted. A Makai can gain Fukaku without changing Grade, and its Fukaku can mutate without increasing in number. However, high Classes naturally force Grade ascension over time, as greater quantities of Rot destabilize existence itself.
● Fuiiki ( Rot Domains):
A Rot Domain is an area where Rotten Vis has overwhelmed the natural Veinlines. A Rot Domain is land that is no longer part of the world's life system.
● Fumyaku ( Rotten Vis ):
Rotten Vis is Vis that has lost its natural circulation. Rotten Vis is dead, broken life energy that acts like a parasite instead of fuel.
● Kuroka ( Fallen ):
A Kuroka is a Saijin whose Vis Core is being converted into a Fukaku.
● The Grand Inquisitor Hall:
The Grand Inquisitor Hall is the highest regulating authority of the hidden world.
Its purpose is to govern power itself.
It was founded to eradicate Makai, contain corruption, regulate Bloodlines, and judge rogue Saijin, ensuring that no Clan, faction, or individual could rise beyond control.
In its prime, the Hall stood above nations and Bloodline Clans alike, acting as the final law that maintained balance between the hidden world and ordinary humanity.
