Chapter 2 - A shitty arrival.

Several months have passed since Zack woke up, and him and Leo have moved in together—and since Leo already had Zack's stuff (it was thrown out), life was somewhat easy. They've been getting along just fine and dandy. They couldn't ask for better roommates! At least they hope so.

Today is the biggest day of Zack's life, him actually getting a job. Leo waited anxiously in the car, hoping this would help pay the bills they've been racking up. Who knew living with a deadbeat actually had its drawbacks.

The car door then opened. Zack face darken by shadows, as he sat down.

"D-Did you get the job?" Leo asked, his eyebrow raised a bit too high, it was starting to hurt.

"Did I get the job? Nephew… MAN OF COURSE I GOT THE JOB!"

"HELL YEAH!"

Dapping each other up, and yelling a little too loud that they were starting to get looks from passer-bys. Zack and Leo were thrashing around the car in celebration.

"SHIT MAN, WHAT POSITION?!"

"CONTRACTER MY GUY!"

"Nice! Alright, I'm in a hella good mood, how bout we get some pizza. On me!" Leo declared, proud couldn't begin to express how he happy he was for Zack.

"Heh, no thanks. I'm too young to ruin my body."

"You're 24, I'm pretty sure the time has passed."

"SHUT THE FUCK UP—"

Now on the way to the local pizzeria, both nephew and uncle's delight were high as can be. This time Zack took the wheel due to his recent license. Let's just say his skills were of that of an NPC in a racing game, fast when least convenient and vice versa.

"You suck at driving, unc."

"Stop calling me that, and also I'm rusty. It's been 20 years in my head, so I haven't drove since!"

"But you never even HAD a driver's license before—" Leo then cut himself short, "Y'know what? It's your big day so go crazy Zack."

"What? Who might be Zack, young lad?"

"Ummm, you? You ok? I don't know if you're messing around or what, cuz you've been doing that since getting out."

Zack then froze up for a bit—his face twisting. The only good thing was that he stopped right in front of a red light. Eyes were wide open and with no soul in them, until he turned to Leo. They then reverted.

"I-I'm sorry, I just go back to myself in that world sometimes…I think I need to go see a doctor or something." Zack apologized, his demeanor now back to normal.

"It's fine, just don't worry about it. Lets just go have some fun yeah?"

"Mhhmh, I'd like that."

With the traffic light turning green, Zack stepped on the gas—but nothing happened. Worried that this would cause a scene, he kept trying again and again but to no avail. Zack checked the rearview mirror, concern that the cars behind would be annoyed. But yet none were there, when he swore that there were at least ten before. He then realized. It was like before.

"Ha…ha,ha,h —HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHH!" manic laughing then started spewing from his mouth, as the time had arrived yet again.

"Z-Zack, whoa bro, calm down. The car breaks down all the tiimmme. Let's just get out the car. I'll get a huge fine, sure, but this car is shit anyway," Leo assured, beginning to try and open the car door… but nothing happened apart from the clicking noises, "What?" he tried yet again,"stupid thing." now he was pushing with his legs and the door still didn't budge even a little.

"It won't work, NOTHING WILL WORK." Zack bellowed, as he started grinding his teeth, emanating screeching, nearly causing Leo's ears to ooze out its confines.

"Zack! Man, HEY! S-STOP IT! YOU'RE HURTING YOURSELF!" Leo tried grabbing a hold of Zack's jaw to further halt any harm from himself, but Zack saw the attempt in a mere second and grabbed a hold of his arm and grasped his neck. He gripped both tight, intending for the neck to turn purple.

"There, is, no, escape. HOPE, is, no, more. I have arrived at the same fate as my first departure. And upon my return, it seems that my first parting was ONLY THE FIRST DRAFT."

"What in the—" Leo gagged, his voice raspy, as the air never got to leave his lungs, "fuck a-are you talking about?"

"I have seen this before, this fate of transport to another existence far, far from this one. I met my first end by the hood of a truck, while no one was around to see it, while technology had no use. I WAS TRAPPED WITH NO WAY OUT."

Zack's alter-ego then let go of Leo, a large grin on its face. It pointed directly forward to a—

…speed Leo couldn't comprehend a machine like that could go.

…body so humongous it could flatten the very vehicle they were sitting in.

…yet it was just a simple truck right? But now it horrified Leo to his very being, his eyes watering but never forming any tears.

"Everything is MADNESS!"

Leo tried and tried his door again and again BUT NOTHING. He screamed for help, crying, begging, anything! He didn't want to die, he didn't want to die.

"MADNESS MADNESS MADNESS—"

It got closer.

He didn't want to die.

"MADNESS MADNESS MADNESS—"

And closer.

He didn't want to die.

"IT'S ALL MADNESS!"

He didn't want death… but he couldn't help but look at what would serve it to him.

It was here, no hands behind the wheel, the headlights and front fender formed a smile of a devil, ready to turn the duo into mince meat. Leo's eyes first met the broken and shattered windshield, large shards piercing his sight. Next were his entrails, which spewed out like confetti from the explosion. Lucky he was, the feeling was fleeting, the sound of flesh squeezed and bones crushed left his ears as if he was being dragged out of his own body.

Vision gone and back in a split second, Leo had his perception back, but he didn't want to open his eyes, right now he was scared. Didn't have the guts to even look at whatever being, existed, in the eyes. He was floating somewhere. A sea was what it felt like, although there was no water.

"What do you wish to be, child," a voice beckoned from so close and yet so close to Leo, "there are so many choices, and those choices expand, while others dissipate."

"I'd like to do good things for everything in existence, I just want to give something a chance to grow and become beautiful without interruption," Leo answered, with what he thought was his heart of gold, how'd he got that, he didn't know.

"So noble!" the voice approved, it sounded as if it was waving its arms a little, causing gusts of wind, "I approve! I approve! I have decided I will help achieve this dream! I will! I will!"

Another gust of wind hit Leo, from the lips he assumed. When it hit, a small sprout had seemingly entered his heart just waiting to grow.

"T-Thank you miss!"

"Yes! Yes! You are very welcome! But cutie why are your eyes close?" the voice beckoned again, now a bit pouty.

"My eyes are gone and my insides hang out open."

"Silly boy! I restored you! You can look and look!"

"I'm scared."

All signs of life appeared gone now, did he anger her? Leo hoped not.

"Of course you are. If you weren't then I would assume you're no human at all."

"I guess so."

"But being human also means adapting, so let fear help you but not guide you," the voice encouraged, using its hand to hold Leo's whole body, it seems to be a large creature from what Leo sensed.

"OK, I'll open them."

The blanket of darkness slowly lifted, revealing a place like no other. The cloud were a shade of gold, angels flew around, giggling in delight. Before him stood a goddess he could not begin to image in his head before laying his naked eyes on her, her looks were beautiful. She was a giant, wings from her back covering her body, eyes engrossed on them looking straight back at him. Skin a pearly white, while the wind forced her hair to flutter with every pass and a sundress hiding the divine.

"W-Wow…You're beautiful." Leo had his mouth gaping open, mind struggling to comprehend.

"Awwwww, don't flatter me too quick boy, I might just squeeze you to death."

Leo stood at a stand still for a few moments, until the goddess used one of her many hands to bop him on the nose.

"Ok, now you have a purpose to fulfill. Don't disappoint!"

"I won't!" Leo then took a second to think about what was actually happening, "Wait a second… WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!"

"Uh oh, seems you're starting to think a bit too hard. Bye, bye now!"

Taking in a huff of air, and blowing it out, sending Leo flying. It didn't feel all that bad though. As a matter of fact Leo closed his eyes yet again from just how at peace he was.

'My body… Why is it back? Arghhh…my head. My body, its mine, so why—does it feel so WEIRD?'

The wind felt strange as well, as if he had travel to another planet.

"ASKIRE! WEDE UDE ASKIRE!"

'The fuck? What kind of language is that?'

Leo then opened his unfamiliar eyes. Although what he saw, was not what he expected… Before him stood a pretty nice looking woman…wielding a sword…pointed straight at him, while he was NAKED!

"W-WHAT? THE? HELLLLLLLL!!??
