The queen nodded toward one of the guards, and suddenly the main doors opened to see a servant standing in the middle. "Everest Sharpe," He walked away to let a short man of 5 '5 with short blonde hair walk over the threshold. He wore a huge smile that I could already tell was fake. I smiled back anyway, and when he held out his hand, I shook it. Up close, his face was less than average. He wasn't specifically handsome or ugly, but less than expected. I held in a disappointed sigh and held my head high. Queen Victoria smiled widely, "How wonderful this is. This is Estella Cole, and this is Everest Sharpe. I bet you two will have adorable children together."
A look of disgust washes over me when she says that, and when Everest looks at me, I can tell my body is changing shapes, my hips are wider, my breasts are a little bigger, and my hair is a deep black. But then I fix my face, and he doesn't notice.
I drop my hand and smile. "When is the wedding?" the queen smiled weirdly at me, "The wedding will take place in two weeks. That should be enough time to get to know each other." I look horrified at my grandmother.
"I don't graduate for a few more months, at least give me until then! I need my friends, and that boarding school is the only home I've had for many years; you can't rip it away from me," I pleaded desperately.
~Everest Sharpe~
I waited outside the grand doors for my formal entrance. When the guard opened the door, the servant announced my entrance, and I walked right in with a smile on my face, seeing the beautiful heir to the throne. I walked up to the Queen and the heir.
The Queen smiled smugly, "How wonderful this is. This is Estella Cole, and this is Everest Sharpe. I bet you two will have adorable children." I chuckled.
"Well, now your majesty, isn't it a little too soon to be thinking of children?"
The Queen smiled, "Perhaps it is."
Estella piped up then and said, "When is the wedding?" The Queen turned to her and smiled, "Two weeks, that should be enough time for you two to get to know each other."
The look on Estella's face is horrified, and I don't know how to feel about that. "I don't graduate for a few more months, at least give me until then! I need my friends, and that boarding school is the only home I've had for many years; you can't rip that away from me."
I step in and smile politely at the Queen, "How about my brother and I go with her so she can graduate and be safe and happy?"
"Alright," the Queen sighed. "That gives you enough time to get to know each other, and you both will have a better education. My one condition is that you will have to share a bedroom, so you get used to it after the wedding. I expect grandchildren in the next year or two."
I was overjoyed. The wonderful Queen has amazing ideas, so now I can make sure that Estella doesn't cheat or try to hang out with her friends without me. That throne will be mine, and this girl needs to be obedient.
The Queen asked a servant to go and get my brother Asher because he had come with me to stay at the palace a few days ago for today's meeting. A few minutes later, my dumb older brother walked through the door with a smirk. I rolled my eyes as he walked up closer to us. I looked over at Estella, irritated to see that she was very interested in Asher. Ash held out his hand to Estella and formally and detachedly greeted her. I was happy to see he didn't show any outright interest in her.
After the greetings, Estella's phone rang, and she walked away to answer it. She was too far away for me to hear the conversation, but I could see her face, and she was upset. 'What could she be hearing?' A few minutes later, she walked back over to us with tears in her eyes. She wiped her eyes and didn't say anything.
