Chapter 31 - Chapter 31: Windmill Village, It’s a Pity Luffy Isn’t a Girl

The Tomorrow, following the waterfall-like river of Reverse Mountain, plunged down and landed in the calm sea.

Splashing up a huge amount of water.

"Is this the East Blue?"

Hancock, who usually spent her days cultivating or thinking about how to make Kevin's life better, rarely took a break and came to the bow of the ship.

They all stretched lazily.

Looking charming and elegant.

With Kevin being the only male on board, they didn't need to worry about their manners and dressed very boldly.

Upon arriving in the East Blue.

Everyone's tightly strung nerves couldn't help but relax.

It was the most peaceful and stable sea area in the Grand Line.

A Million Pirates, that is the overlord of the East Blue.

The entire Sun and Moon Pirates, with the exception of Koala, who had just begun training, any other member, Hancock's sister, could become the overlord of the East Blue.

"I wonder if we can recruit some promising crew members in the East Blue," Kevin mused, recalling the original story.

....

"Oh, right, it's noon! The food Dad prepared is all gone, so it's time to cook," Lily, who had shrunk in size, slapped her forehead.

Everyone's gaze turned to her in unison.

Their eyes were filled with anticipation.

Lily, without hesitation, went to the kitchen.

Various ingredients, in her hands, were like art, being cut into uniform sizes, everything prepared.

Her perfect performance.

Made everyone full of anticipation for her cooking.

If she had even half of her father's cooking skills, she would surpass many famous chefs in the Grand Line.

Preparation complete.

All sorts of ingredients and seasonings were neatly arranged on the cutting board.

Then Lily turned back, looking at everyone with wide, expectant eyes: "Who among you knows how to cook?"

"....?"

Feeling everyone's surprised and strange gazes.

Lily awkwardly said, "I used to just prepare the ingredients; Dad did the cooking. I don't know how to cook."

Her voice grew softer and softer.

Slowly, she buried her head.

The Tomorrow was silent, quiet for a long time.

And then they continued to live, making do with whatever they could eat, and a period of time passed like that.

According to the Jabba Vivre Card given by Rayleigh, the Tomorrow sailed straight ahead in the East Blue.

The destination was getting closer and closer.

"It should be that island ahead," Gyon said, looking at the huge island in the distance.

A massive outline.

One could not see its end at a glance.

This was a rare giant island in the Grand Line, with a vast area.

"Such a vast area, it must be a famous island in the East Blue," Gyon said, holding a map and determining their position.

Unfortunately, with the Vivre Card as a compass.

They couldn't immediately determine the name of the island before them.

"The only one in the East Blue worth noting is Mr. Garp. I just asked Shaki yesterday, and there's no sign of Marine Mr. Garp leaving the Grand Line."

As long as Mr. Garp wasn't there.

In this sea area of the East Blue.

Kevin didn't need to worry about other powerhouses.

The Tomorrow sailed towards the giant island, vaguely seeing smoke curling up on the shore, and a village came into Kevin and their view.

An island with people.

Suddenly, Kevin, Gyon, and Hancock's gazes shifted.

Hancock had also learned Observation Haki.

All three of them sensed it.

They calmly looked at the sea surface beside them.

Beneath the calm sea, a huge dark shadow emerged, the sea suddenly became turbulent, and a massive sea beast poked its ship-sized head out of the sea, opening its enormous maw.

"I wonder if it tastes good," Kevin said, looking at the sea beast and thinking about which part would be delicious.

But then he remembered that there was no chef on the ship.

His fantasy shattered.

No matter how good the ingredients, without a chef, it was useless; they could only make do.

"Roar!" The roaring Lord of the Coast opened its bloody maw, intending to swallow the Tomorrow in one gulp.

Kevin raised his head and extended his hand.

He flicked his fingertip.

It struck the Lord of the Coast's head with a thump, and the massive Lord of the Coast flew out like a meteor, smashing into the sea a hundred meters away, the sea exploding, covered in blood.

This scene.

Was witnessed by a little boy on the shore.

He was still shouting, "I'm going to be the Pirate King's man... huh?!!!"

He was stunned.

The little boy stared blankly at the sea, watching the Lord of the Coast, which had given him so many nightmares, being sent flying, its blood staining the sea, its body floating motionless on the surface.

It was dead.

"Luffy, what are you yelling about again, saying you're going to be the Pirate King? Be careful when Mr. Garp comes back and beats you," the old village chief said, poking Luffy's little head with his cane. "What's wrong? Why are you spacing out?"

After sending the Lord of the Coast flying.

Kevin noticed Luffy on the shore.

He looked at him in surprise, looking at the Straw Hat he was wearing.

No wonder the sea beast just now felt a bit familiar; so this is Windmill Village.

"Kevin, do you know this little boy?" Gyon noticed a look on Kevin's face she had never seen before.

She also looked at Luffy.

"A Devil Fruit user?"

Luffy's wide-open mouth dropped to the floor, literally dropped to the floor.

His chin stretched out and fell to the ground.

A Paramecia Type Gum-Gum Fruit user.

"Isn't the East Blue supposed to be scarce on Devil Fruit users? Are even normal village children Devil Fruit users here?" Gyon couldn't help but become wary.

"He's no ordinary child."

Kevin looked at Luffy with interest.

The protagonist of the original story.

He's still just a brat now. A thought popped into his mind: too bad he's a boy.

If he were a girl, it would be great; he could just abduct her.

He is destined to grow into a top-tier powerhouse in the future.
