My vision was blurry after passing out, and my surroundings had a distant familiarity to them.
Though I felt like I was here before, a few moments ago I was just streaming.
'Could I have been reincarnated?' I thought as I looked at my hand.
My vision was slowly coming back while I realized where I was. Inside I already came to an understanding of my situation, but I looked around to confirm my beliefs
A medieval looking city. It was around midday and the streets were full of people. Stands were selling stuff, kids were running around, and the buildings looked stoney. It was made of cobblestone with dirt slabbered over it.
'I reincarnated into my game.'
Even though I knew everything about my game, it was quite possibly the worst place to reincarnate to. The city was horrible for everyday living, and if I was an assassin that had to kill the royals, it'd be even worse.
But the place I was standing in was too recognizable for me to be an average civilian.

Oliver Shelby was the name I selected while making the character for my livestream.
This meant I was an assassin.

This game was already very hard to beat while playing it as a game, but actually doing this in person is another monster. In 7 years of millions of people trying to beat it, nobody could even get to the second to last stage.
Only one person got to the Prince, who is the third to last level, and only 10 people got to the duke, one level before the prince.
The Priest and King were still untouched by anybody except me.
Before I launched this game, I did a full playthrough to make sure there weren't any bugs. While I was doing this playthrough I didn't realize the sheer difficulty of this game, as it was pretty easy to me.
But that belief ends today.
I started exploring around the town and trying to find where the baron lived. This was important since the Baron is the person you need to kill to get past the tutorial, which was mandatory.
As I was walking around and enjoying the world I spent years building, an average blonde medieval girl, wearing a coarse covering dress bumped into me.
"Sorry, I think you dropped something," she pointed at a scrap of paper while she walked away.
I picked up the scrap of paper.

The scrap of paper had my task and reward written on it. Wrapped up inside the scrap of paper were also ho The girl who dropped that paper was named Clarice, and she was the one who would give out all the missions.
Ciale wasn't a big province of Griffner, so it didn't take long for me to find the manor the Baron was living in.
