How should Eternal Flower Floette be described?
It is a special form of Floette. As everyone knows, the normal evolution of Floette is Florges, a Fairy-type Pokémon with decent strength.
The Eternal Flower form is not an evolution, but its base stats are actually not weaker than Florges at all.
In the games, Florges has a total base stat of 552, while Eternal Flower Floette has 551.
It is worth mentioning that although the data for Eternal Flower Floette exists in the games, as of now, there is no way to obtain it.
There is no legitimate way!
Previously, Eternal Flower Floette could only be obtained by using cheat codes. It was never even distributed through official events.
Furthermore, Eternal Flower Floette has its own signature move: the Fairy-type move Light of Ruin.
Light of Ruin has a power of 140. Among regular Fairy-type moves, it currently has the highest power.
As an Eternal Flower that exists only in the story, its origin is very clear.
It was originally AZ's ordinary Floette that died during the war. However, after being hit by the light of the Ultimate Weapon, it was brought back to life and changed into the Eternal Flower.
The Pokédex description for the Eternal Flower is as follows:
"Terror-filled energy hides within that ominous flower, yet the Pokémon waves it around innocently. (Eternal Flower)"

Just how many Pokémon lives did AZ sacrifice back then to revive this Eternal Flower Floette? Perhaps only AZ himself knows the answer.
