Jay Jay's pov
I am now Jasper Jean Santos Fernandez Mariano, yes now I am legally adopted by kuya Charles, Charles Santos.
I was thinking all of that when a sharp pain hits through my belly sending chills to my entire body.
"Kuya Charles, jas!" I shouted.
They rushed inside.
"What happened Jay, r u ok? " They asked.
"I think it's time" I said.
"Jay don't panic, let's go to the hospital" Kuya said and jas followed us.
My vision blurred.
We entered the hospital.
"HELP IT'S AN EMERGENCY" kuya said.
Jas was holding my hands.
A nurse hurried us inside the room. Jas was with me the whole time, I was holding her hands.
"Please don't go" I whispered in pain.
"Never. I'm here Jay" She said.
"Ok miss jasper Jean, when I will tell u to push, u will push ok? " The doctor said.
"It's hurts soo bad" I said to Jas.
"I know baby, I know" She said squeezing my hand.
"Jasper Jean push" She said and i did.

Keifer's pov
It's been nine months and still no trace of Jay Jay. We lost the hope that she will ever come back to us. It's all my fault.
I now indulge myself in excessive work, I go home late. I stopped talking to almost everyone.
"Keifer, the Santos cancelled the meeting, the CEO's sister is in emergency labour" Honey said as she entered.
"It's fine his sister is important, what's her name btw? " I asked.
"Nobody knows, Mr. Charles is very protective of his sister" She said.
Then idk what hits me first, the pain or panic but I suddenly began to feel extremely anxious and began to feel pain like something is ripped a part of my heart.
I almost fell.
"Keifee r u ok? Should I call a doctor? " Honey said in panic
"It's ok" I replied when it's totally not.
I know something is happening to Jay Jay, wait it's been 9months since she left.
"Jay Jay " I shouted.
"What happened ? Did u find something about him? " Honey asked in panic.
"What happened to keifer" Percy asked as he walked inside my office.
"IDK, he's acting like this" Honey said.
"I feel something is happening to Jay, and see if u calculate it's been 9 months since Jay left, she was pregnant, idk why but I feel Jay is in labour" I said still feeling the pain.
"Keifer calm down, it's nothing" Honey said.
I can't.
"I can't, i am sure something is happening." I said.

Jay's pov
"Congratulations, baby A is out, it's a boy" The doctor said.
The cry of the baby filled the room
"Miss push harder" Doctor said.
"Jas,I can't" I whispered.
"No u can, u survived the worst" She said squeezing my hand.
I did.
"Congratulations it's a boy, baby B is out"
I pushed harder.
"Congratulations it's another boy, baby C is out" The doctor said.
"Miss Jasper Jean, it's the last baby, push as hard as u can" She said.
I did, until my body felt it tored in half.
"Congratulations it's a girl, baby D is also successfully out. " She said.
The room echoed with the cries of the baby.
"Jay, my baby u did it" Jas said squeezing my hand.
"Miss here is your baby, what u wanna name them? " A nurse asked.
"First one, Mark Kevin Santos Fernandez Mariano" I said looking at my kevin.
"Second one, Marcus Kairo Santos Fernandez Mariano" I said looking at kairo.
"Third one, Michael Kade Santos Fernandez Mariano" I said looking at my kade.
"Fourth one my daughter, June Serina kiara Santos Fernandez Mariano" I said.
"Jay they r soo cute" Jas whispered.
"They indeed r" I whispered back.
They kuya entered, slowly peeking through the door.
He entered.
"Can i hold them? " He asked.
"Ofc" I said.
He asked their name and Jas told him.
An honest smile crept through his mouth.
