Warmeo and Vizard Ires begin to fight. Watching their battle, Magnus says, "Yes… two legendary warriors are fighting." The fight becomes so deadly that only black and red light can be seen flashing through the battlefield.
Warmeo says, "My friend, I do not want to kill you. Please stop and return. I did not kill your family."
Vizard Ires replies, "Yes, I know you did not kill them. But your master, Dazzling Margot, did."
Warmeo says, "That… that happened by mistake."
Vizard Ires answers coldly, "Mistake or intention, a sin is a sin. There is no forgiveness for it. You are no longer my master. Now you will die."
Warmeo replies, "Fine. Then let us see who lives and who dies."
Warmeo tries to use infinite magic to control Vizard Ires, but Vizard says, "Do not try such cheap tricks on me, Warmeo."
He launches invisible attacks, even more dangerous than King Adverd's.
Black and white laser-like light strikes appear, hitting only the enemy. It is impossible to tell where the attack comes from, and Warmeo begins to struggle.
However, Warmeo calms himself and focuses. Using the third form of the Sigil of Truth, he starts countering the black-and-white invisible attacks.
Seeing this, Magnus says, "Boss, Vizard Ires' rival is truly worthy of praise." He then decides to stay out of the fight and continues watching the legendary battle.
Vizard Ires grows furious and draws his black magic sword—a weapon given to him by the enemy of Dazzling Margot. This sword holds terrifying power, capable of cutting down a mountain in a single strike.
He attacks Warmeo, but Warmeo also draws his own sword. It is not a special blade, but Warmeo enchants it with magic formulas.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
Sparks fly as the swords collide.
Suddenly, Vizard Ires shatters Warmeo's sword into two pieces.
Warmeo steps back and uses a form just before the final stage of the Sigil of Truth—one that allows him to understand every attack of his opponent. He realizes the weakness of the black magic sword: after each strike, it needs 7–8 seconds to regenerate its power.
He thinks, "This is my chance. I must destroy it with basic magic."
When Vizard attacks again, Warmeo immediately counters and breaks the black magic sword.
Vizard Ires is shocked and says, "My friend, no one has ever discovered its weakness. You truly are a genius." Then he adds, "So… you know the Sigil of Truth."
Warmeo replies, "This is not the time to talk. Now you will die."
They resume fighting.
Warmeo activates the final form of the Sigil of Truth and begins dodging every attack of Vizard Ires.
Seeing this, Vizard says, "You are truly worthy of respect."
He then unleashes the Black Shadow Power—an attack that can be seen but cannot be countered.
Warmeo panics as the Black Shadow attacks strike him again and again. The attacks are so deadly that blood begins to flow from Warmeo's body.
As Warmeo grows weaker, Vizard uses the final form of Black Shadow Power. The attack is so destructive that even a glimpse of it would instantly kill anyone—but Warmeo barely withstands it.
Warmeo tries to launch a counterattack using the final form of the Sigil of Truth, but his wounds are too deep. He cannot concentrate and weakens further.
Vizard Ires attacks once more, this time with overwhelming Black Shadow Power—and kills Warmeo.
After Warmeo's death, Magnus approaches and says, "Boss… you are truly great. You have killed a legendary master."
Vizard Ires slaps Magnus and says, "Be quiet." Then he adds, "If he had known the true counter to Black Shadow, neither you nor I would be alive."
Looking at Warmeo's body, Vizard Ires says, "See, my friend… power is everything."
