Story Terms:
Awakeners in the Academy are classified under four Groups:
Elementalists
Specialists
Enchanters
and Summoners.
Under each group there are dozens of Classes with more being awakened as years pass by.
An Awakener's potential is ranked by how much Grace they can carry. This is measured by how brightly Grace shines in one's Soul Core. The ranking is as follows:
Dull
Glimmer
Luminous
Radiant
Brilliant
and Solar
An Awakener as a person is ranked by stars and the measure their potential sets for them.
Dull - Bronze
Glimmer - Bronze
Luminous - Silver
Radiant - Gold
Brilliant - Gold
and Solar - Platinum.
Since MC is a Summoner, mostly Summoner Class dynamics will be explored. Summons are generally ranked by:
Basic
Good
Epic
Grand
and Legendary
Beasts are simply ranked by Levels while Demons are ranked by stars as well but under a different rank of how darkened their souls are by Gloom.
Gray
Fallen
Tainted
Descending
and Void.
In Awakener Supreme, a Year One student is formally called Class Group-D but casually called Year One.
It goes on to Class Group-C, Class Group-B, A and Class Group-S which only an elite few enter. It is done this way as an umbrella for every student from all Class Groups, but naturally, students are specified by explicitly calling out the Class Group and identifying what year.
