I was neither woken up by my usual alarm nor my editor who is usually banging on my door to wake me up.
It was the slime of the creature drooling above me, a creature I've never heard seen or smelled, smell? Yep it's awful, and now I'm running for my life!
"I'm not tasty, I'm a poor writer, the only thing I eat is criticism and deadlines." I whispered to myself tears streaming down my face thinking why this was happening to me, literally why me, and how of course.
No time for such thoughts I gripped myself and started to scan my environment for safety, honestly i don't even know how I was outrunning the freaking grizzly bear gorilla looking creature, maybe because of my adrenaline and my crazy running like a madman but i wasn't gonna care right now, I saw a cave at my left side, i braced myself, and with the last of my energy I ran to the cave all the way inside, the creature couldn't follow me inside for some reason and so I knowing there might be bigger danger was stuck between the hungry creature who was drooling for me or the unknown danger of the cave I entered.
'We'll, I if have to, I'd rather not go out getting thorn to peices while feeling those jaws absolutely tearing me apart' i thought to myself as i started walking and exploring more inside the cave.
Glowing lights of crystal lit up the way as I walked by, it's like an automatic light system but more beautiful and mysterious. I came to a beyond my imagination place, right after what seems like the cave led me to a bigger space in the cave it was a floating waterfall with floating muds and plants on them, with the crystals bigger, brighter than the ones before, at the centre was a small temple like structure.
The intricate structure as I walked closer by, when I stood in front of the temple like structure, it looked like it was existing in a fourth dimension.
I was admiring all the unimaginable things infront of me, while the feeling of something wrong and off was hitting me.
"I'm not on earth" i gasped slowly, the words leaving my mouth, as if I was explaining to myself, understanding the fact that I'm in another planet, or galaxy or another universe altogether.
I stepped closer to the temple, drawn to it like a moth to a flame, maybe to my own demise, the structure remesbled non like on earth, i bravely steeped inside.
