The difference between the two creatures was that a beast was an amplified normal animals with minor mutations that get more powerful as they cultivate like cultivators. Meanwhile, a titan was a failed scientific research that ancient civilization made. Those ancient civilization tried to mix beast nature with an unknown space organisms causing those organisms to take control over the beast creating hideous creatures.
The dragon heads tempest battled were indeed in one body which was in the magma lake. However, when tempest dragged the body after defeating it was shocked to find a horse like lower body.
Its lower horse like lower body was stone like and the magma pumped in it's veins like blood. When she completely dragged it's whole body out, the whole body immediately turned to stone and disintegrated to dust leaving a small green core.

One of the beast was as white as the snow in mountain tops. Its fur had some silver color mingling with the white. The beast had nine tails which made it look even more majestic. On the forehead of the beast, was a black crown like marks. The beast had black dual pupil eyes which were intensely gazing at tempest

The other beast was a dark as the night sky which red color mingling in its fur. Contrary to the colour of its body, it had silver dual pupil eyes that were cautiously staring at its new master. It had a white crown like mark on its forehead. It also had nine tails
