Seeing the Strong Six-Paths Level evaluation, Itachi smiled in response. It's been nine months since New Year, and now he was finally free.
In the past nine months, he had been completely busy with work. First, in the second week of January, he went to the Land of Wind and created a total of thirteen oases, one major and twelve minor.
The minor oases were about hundred square kilometres in area, while the major one was nearly five hundred square kilometres. These many oases were sufficient to hold hundreds of thousands of people.
He could have made more or even bigger oases but, he wasn't idiotic enough not to know the consequences of a sudden change in geography. But he also wasn't smart enough to know the exact consequences or future changes it might cause. So he just let it be for a few years. The oases he made were just seeds now; maybe after a hundred or a thousand years... these seeds might grow into a large forest.
Later, in February and March, he held many international summits with the Five Great Nations... yes, Amegakure became the Fifth Great Nation, with Yahiko being the Amekage, along with other minor nations.
In the next three months, he renovated Mizumori, expanding the lake to more than five kilometres in diameter. The nearby forests were also cleared, and new trees and flowers were planted. New houses were built surrounding the lake. Many important buildings were constructed on the surface of the lake, with his house, or more like a mansion, in the center of the lake.
On his fourteenth birthday on 9th June, a huge celebration was held in the capital city of the Land of Demons, and many new decisions were taken.
The first was the dissolution of the Land of Demons. Now, the Land of Demons is the only neutral place in the ninja world. The second was the expansion of the capital city, now known as Kinmori.
Now, Kinmori has expanded tens of times over, becoming the biggest and most populated city in the ninja world. It's also the financial capital of the ninja world.
The third was the Act of Protection of Tailed Beasts. From now on, no nation can hold Tailed Beasts, with them living either in Mizumori, Kinmori, or Takamagahara (Yggdrasil's place or the former Konoha location).
Finally, in the last three months, he delegated different powers to all the Uchiha and other people in Mizumori. He didn't know how much time would pass before he returned from the parallel world, so of course he had to make sure that Mizumori would continue to function properly even in his absence.
During these nine months, he hadn't been slacking off in terms of strength either. He first learned the Magnetic Release of Gaara, later that of his mother Karura and his father Rasa. Afterwards, together with Rasa, he started researching Kekkei Tota by mixing Cement Release with Magnetic Release.
With inspiration from his newly learned Dust Release, he finally formed a completely new Kekkei Tota now known as Electromagnetic Concrete Release.
It combines the properties of Cement Release and Magnetic Release. Now he can create more complex structures, harder structures, and stronger structures. Maybe he can form the Chakra Cannon of Kumogakure on his own in the future with each shot capable of destroying Moon.
Though his Taijutsu and Genjutsu haven't seen an improvement and without any huge opportunities he might be stuck in this level for the next many years.
As for Chakra, it finally reached Six-paths Level, making his Blue stat almost unlimited.
" System, use PRIMARY-PARALLEL WORLD CARD."
As soon as Itachi said this, a pure white card appeared in front of him, shining brightly. Within seconds, the light became brighter and brighter, enveloping Itachi within it. When the light disappeared, Itachi's room was empty.

Parallel World 6969 — Somewhere in the Land of Demons
Itachi opened his eyes, looking at the dense forest around him with curiosity.
'These trees.... looks like I am still in the Land of Demons, though I have to check the timeline. It's best if it's before the Uchiha Clan massacre. If not, then I will have an additional Mangekyo Sharingan. Maybe..... merging with that Mangekyo will make my ocular power stronger and evolve into more perfect Mangekyo?'

Itachi looked at the peaceful Konoha with nostalgia. For a moment, even he couldn't understand how evil he was to destroy such a prosperous village.
As for how he could travel across half the ninja continent within ten minutes? It's simple. With the help of Domain Expansion, break the barrier of space-time and throw a kunai marked with Flying Thunder God straight towards the direction you want to travel. If it travels one kilometre inside the broken space-time barrier, then in the outside world it can travel thousands of kilometres.
So, with a few accurate throws, he could travel throughout the ninja world easily. His control over space was still too limited, or he could just use space like Kaguya's Yomotsu Hirasaka and be free of the jutsu of the inherently evil Senju. As for time, logically speaking, he should have some control over it, but the problem was... he couldn't sense it.
It's like you can't lift your little brother; of course, you can't do the main play. Maybe he has to study the Roran Dragon Veins or the Ōtsutsuki's time-travel weapon to gain control over time, with them acting as a stimulus.
" Halt, register yourself." Just then, the voice of the Konoha gatekeeper rang in his ears.
" Yes, sir." Itachi, seeing the two chunin looking at him, replied with a smile.
" Name?"
" Yuuki Kagurazaka."
" Age, place of origin, and purpose?"
" Fourteen years old, from the Land of Demons, applying for mission from the Priestess Temple."
Hearing that Itachi was here for a mission, especially from the Priestess Temple of the Land of Demons, the chunin became more polite.
" Is this your first time in Konoha, or have you visited before?"
" I once accompanied my senpai a few years ago. I know the process, no need to trouble Ninja-sama."
Hearing this, the chunin gave Itachi a few documents and then left him at Konoha's entrance.
'Sigh, it's indeed too late. Now... where is Sasuke?'
Not sensing any familiar chakra signatures in the Uchiha Clan's direction, Itachi sighed in disappointment.
Then, finally, Itachi sensed Sasuke's location.
" Ninja Academy, is it? Let's meet my little brother, jiejiejiejiejie."
