Lin Meiyin was turning her back to leave, with Gu Chenyu.

She turned and looked at Lin Meiyin her voice loud and clear.

"Lin Meiyin let go"said Gu Chenyu holding Lin Meiyin and coaxing her.
"You brat what do you think you're doing?"Old Master Nan asked approaching them.
"Grandpa I hate her so much she took away my happiness"said Nan Rouchu.
"Apologize right now"said Old Master Nan.
"Never"said Nan Rouchu.
Old Master Nan turned towards Lin Meiyin.
"I apologize on her behalf"he said.
"No don't, apologize on her behalf Grandpa Nan"said Lin Meiyin.
"Now you're trying to get my Grandpa on your side, you keep stealing people away"said Nan Rouchu.
"Stop talking"said Grandpa Nan trying to hold her but she pushes him away.
"Let me go"Nan Rouchu yelled and Grandpa Nan lost his balance and fell to the ground.
"Master Nan!!"said Lin Meiyin stretching out her hand to hold him but it was too late he had already fallen and fainted.
"Grandpa!!"Nan Rouchu turning around and looking at her Grandpa on the floor.
Her eyes horrified.
"Quick get him to the hospital"Lin Meiyin yelled, rushing towards Master Nan.
"Lin Meiyin get your filthy hands off my Grandpa"Nan Rouchu yelled.

Another crispy slap landed on Nan Rouchu's cheek.
"Look what you've done to your Grandpa, it's all your fault there's no one else to blame here but you"said Lin Meiyin.
Grandpa Nan's men had already carried Grandpa Nan away.
And Gu Chenyu looked at Nan Rouchu.
His voice calm, but deadly.
"You have no one else to blame here but yourself, now look at what you've done"he said slowly and he signals the other men.
"Miss Nan here is very tired you should take her upstairs to rest"he said sharply.
"What no!! I want to see my Grandpa"she said, as both men grab her arms and drag the struggling Nan Rouchu upstairs.
"Lin Meiyin I hate you!!"she yelled.
Her voice faded away as she was taken upstairs.
"Have a good night"said Gu Chenyu slowly turning away with Lin Meiyin and they walked away.
They soon reached home and the two of them didn't say anything to each other.
Lin Meiyin followed Gu Chenyu upstairs and immediately Gu Chenyu shut the room door, he pulled her into his embrace.
Lin Meiyin was startled as her head landed on a hard chest.
His hands wrapped around her slender waist tightly.
"Gu Chenyu I'm fine"said Lin Meiyin with red eyes.
"No you're not"he answered immediately cutting her off.
"Lin Meiyin you're not okay, you can hide your pain from everyone else but not me, you can cry and hit me if you want to"he added, looking down at her.
Lin Meiyin looked into his glassy eyes, her eyes watery.
"Who did she think she was, saying such things about my mother" she gritted through her teeth.
"Don't let it get to you" Gu Chenyu coaxed her, stroking her hair.
She pushed herself from his grip and wiped a stray tear.
"I'm fine now"she sniffed.
