Chapter 10 - Chapter 10 Five Attributes Chakra

"Master!"

When Li Chuan saw Chiriku appear, he took several consecutive steps on the water, like the legendary lightness skill of walking on water, and leaped in front of Chiriku.

Chiriku nodded in satisfaction:

"Starting today, I will begin teaching you some D-Rank Ninjutsu, but before that, I need to test your Chakra nature."

Saying that, he pulled out a small piece of paper from his hand and handed it to Li Chuan.

Li Chuan looked at the paper in his hand:

"Is this… Chakra Paper?"

"That's right. I should have taught you about the testing and usage methods of Chakra Paper in class before."

Chiriku looked at Li Chuan with anticipation.

Although the secret Ninjutsu of the Fire Temple could be used as long as one possessed Sage Art Chakra, with no requirements for specific natures, he still hoped that Li Chuan would have as many elemental affinities as possible.

"Yes, I know how to test it."

Li Chuan raised the test paper in his hand and slowly infused a bit of his Chakra into it.

He already knew what Chakra natures he possessed; now, it was just a formality for Chiriku to see.

Under the influence of Li Chuan's Chakra, the Chakra Paper first ignited, then a mist appeared on its surface, extinguishing the flames, followed by it wrinkling, then suddenly splitting into two halves, and finally, all of it crumbled into confetti, scattering onto the ground.

"Fire, Water, Lightning, Wind, Earth! You actually have five Chakra Natures!"

Seeing the changes in the Chakra Paper, Chiriku's expression went from a slight smile, to surprise, and finally to shock.

He had originally thought that if Li Chuan possessed three Chakra Natures, it would already be excellent, but he never expected Li Chuan to possess the extremely rare five Chakra Natures.

Those were five Chakra Natures! In his understanding, even in the entire Ninja World, such individuals could be counted on one hand, even fewer than Ninja with a Bloodline Limit.

It wasn't to say that someone with five Chakra Natures was necessarily powerful. There was only one example like Third Hokage-sama, who could master all five natures and had an astonishing reserve of five-nature Ninjutsu.

But possessing five Chakra Natures at least gave you the potential to become as powerful as Third Hokage-sama, and you wouldn't have to fear being countered by elemental weaknesses.

Fire counters Wind, Wind counters Lightning, Lightning counters Earth, Earth counters Water, and Water counters Fire.

If Ninja of comparable strength were countered by elemental weaknesses, their battles would be very difficult.

However, with Li Chuan possessing five Chakra Natures, he wouldn't have to worry about such issues.

This wasn't even the most important thing. The most crucial aspect was that the more Chakra Natures one possessed, the easier it was to combine them to release Ninjutsu with power far exceeding conventional levels.

For example, by first using a Fire Release, and then a Wind Release, the wind would fuel the fire, creating a more powerful compound Ninjutsu that could potentially surpass the original two Ninjutsu in rank.

"Master? Master?"

Seeing Chiriku fall into a state of shock and daze after the test, Li Chuan couldn't help but prompt him.

"Oh, very good, five Chakra Natures, very good, very good."

Chiriku, having snapped out of it, suppressed his inner excitement and forcibly calmed himself down. He couldn't help but marvel at Li Chuan's strong composure, given his birth as a royal Prince.

He had lectured in detail about Chakra Natures in class, and he believed that with Li Chuan's powerful memory, he must be very clear about the power of five Chakra Natures.

However, after the test results came out, his expression hadn't changed at all; he remained as calm as ever.

"Master, can I learn new Ninjutsu now?"

Li Chuan asked when he saw Chiriku had calmed down.

Chiriku nodded vigorously:

"Of course, today I will first teach you a D-Rank Fire Release Ninjutsu—Great Fireball Technique."

Taking Li Chuan to the training ground, Chiriku began to teach Li Chuan the hand signs for the Great Fireball Technique and the techniques to pay attention to when channeling Chakra.

At this moment, Chiriku's only regret was that the Fire Temple's Ninjutsu inheritance was simply too scarce.

The Fire Temple primarily focused on Taijutsu combat, with Ninjutsu serving only as auxiliary support. Most of the inherited Ninjutsu were D-Rank and E-Rank, with only two secret techniques reaching A-Rank.

He had originally thought that since Li Chuan was so talented in combat, he would also primarily focus on Taijutsu, but he never expected Li Chuan to possess such a rare talent as five Chakra Natures.

If he were to primarily focus on Taijutsu in the future and only use Ninjutsu as support, it would truly be a great waste of talent.

Another month later, it was the last day of Li Chuan's third month in the Naruto World.

On this day, he specifically asked Chiriku for leave and returned to his Prince's Residence, which he hadn't visited in three months.

"Kinoe, how are the matters I entrusted to you progressing?"

Inside the room, Li Chuan ate an exquisite meal while asking Kinoe, the housekeeper of the Prince's Residence.

Kinoe knelt beside him and reported respectfully.

"Your Highness, ever since I received your instructions three months ago, I selected servants from the Prince's Residence with business acumen and then funded the establishment of a merchant caravan for him.

Currently, thanks to Your Highness's influence, the caravan is progressing smoothly in all aspects and has already entered a state of profitability."

In this World, money wasn't everything; strength was paramount. However, having money could save a lot of time and trouble, and it could also provide significant help in early strength enhancement.

The Fire Temple lacked Ninjutsu inheritance, but he could spend a high price to place bounties in the underground exchange. Although he couldn't buy S-Rank and A-Rank Ninjutsu, he could surely find some C-Rank and D-Rank ones.

If he wanted to kill someone but couldn't do it himself, he could also go to the underground exchange and place a high-priced bounty.

Many powerful Rogue Ninja were willing to act for money, especially the Immortal Duo of the Akatsuki Organization, who were specifically responsible for raising funds.

Chiriku and the Fire Temple were destroyed by the Immortal Duo precisely because someone had placed a high bounty on Chiriku's head, offering a commission of thirty million Ryo for his assassination.

Since his initial identity was a Prince of the Land of Fire, he naturally had to make full use of it and not waste it.

Although he was a warrior and not skilled in business, he could completely send out subordinates who were good at business to help him earn money. With his identity as a Prince backing him, things would be very smooth, at least within the Land of Fire.

"No need to kneel, come and eat together. Did you buy the things I asked you to buy?"

Li Chuan was very satisfied with Kinoe's progress, and a smile broadened on his face.

Seeing Li Chuan smile, Kinoe also breathed a sigh of relief, then stood up and sat opposite Li Chuan, pulling out a box from her embrace and placing it on the table.

"Your Highness, I bought it. This is currently the best quality."

In Kinoe's eyes, the current Prince was already somewhat different from the Prince she remembered. Although he still spoke little, his aura was much stronger than in her memory.

She attributed it to the Prince learning Ninjutsu with Master Chiriku at the Fire Temple.
