"Start small. Three to five people per city initially. Not the combat teams… I want people who can build relationships, identify needs and help communities. Use Sir's teachings exactly as we've applied them here."
Mike's expression was intense.
"Help as many people as possible. Solve problems the government won't touch. Find orphans and street children who need homes.
Identify hospitals that are struggling and provide resources. Make people owe us favors not through violence but through genuine service. That's how we build loyalty that lasts."
He pointed to several newer members who'd proven themselves skilled in community relations.
"You, you, and you. Each of you will lead expansion teams into different cities. Pick your people carefully. I want those who understand Sir's vision, not just fighters looking for action. People who can actually help communities and represent what the Mafia stands for."
