Inside the bedroom of the Loli Melon,Norlan Aurelius Grimblade was sitting cross legged on a cultivation mat across the bed. He could have used the cultivation room of the divine realm of the goddess Aurelia as Melon had suggested,but Aurelia wanted to keep their relationship secret lest it attracted unwanted attention for Norlan. Even they as supreme cultivators,couldn't be certain that they were no spies among their own people. For she also had various spies in other celestial god kingdoms.
"Dearest Hannah [Melon],I get that I don't need cultivation techniques to raise my cultivation via the yin energy storage but,I have been meaning to ask, why didn't you guys even mention them during our time here. For instance, you've talked about almost everything imaginable since I came except cultivation techniques.Is there any meaning?"
Certainly,Norlan was currently using his new class skill: Yin energy storage to cultivate.

In Norlan's case however,he was privileged. With a goddess by his side,it only took but a moment.
"Hahahahahaha! " Melon burst out in laugher, relishing Norlan's ignorance with amusement in her laughter. "Ohh husband, you're so cute.. cultivation techniques,hahahaaha." She couldn't help but ridicule.
"Let me tell you an open secret Hubby. All cultivation techniques are derived from expressions. All expressions are the perfect cultivation technique to every cultivator.
The so called cultivation techniques are full of flaws and are usually only used by retards that can't even form an Expression.
For you my husband,it's a must. Just think about it,your two wives all have pinnacle expressions that can alter reality. You wouldn't want us to look down on you right? You don't want to disappoint us right?"

Aurelia's voice echoed as she entered the room holding two boxes. She looked at Norlan tenderly. "Don't worry yourself too much,when you form your own expression,you will understand. Just focus on breaking through to the awakened realm for now. For now,use Melon's skill: energy contradiction to sense the yin energy inside your divine aperture. Close your eyes, focus on a particular mental picture. Envision how you want your divine aperture to form. I know it's hard but,just focus on what on a memory you the most and try to manipulate the energy inside you." Her voice was soothing and calming,sending Norlan into a meditative state the moment she spoke.
Following her voice,Norlan did as instructed, trying hard to concentrate on one particular imagery. It was harder than he might have given it credit it to.
Just imagine,how many moments are there in one's life. How many places or memories can one remember perfectly in order to form a perfect picture. It is not easy,even when one only focuses on memories that impacted him immensely,one cannot be certain to imagine a place and perfectly sculpture it inside a mental space.
Fortunately,with Aurelia's meditative voice and Melon's energy contradiction skill filtered out most stray thoughts. Meditation also aided him by making the moment or memory more distinct,enabling Norlan to envision a place like he was experiencing a scenery in real life.
Boom!
An internal explosion occured. Like a dam that burst open,forming streams of blue gushing springs. He had succeeded.
Blue energy flowed rapidly in his veins, circulating in his entire body in soothing yet hectic momentum. In his abdomen,the blue oceanic energy concentrated and coagulated to form a viscous vortex that siphoned the energy to his divine aperture.
Many changes took place in his body. His muscles seemed more vigorous, absorbing the oceanic blue energy like a sponge in water. He could feel them contract and relax with every passing moment as they drained the blue spiritual energy from the environment.
He knew and felt he was becoming stronger,he knew his regenerative abilities had enhanced. He knew that his way of thinking will no longer be the same.
He was no longer a normal human. He was a cultivator. A cultivator of the awakened realm.
Furthermore, his perception broke through by leaps and bounds. Seeing every single particle of the air that seemed to be filled with energy. And even as these particles converged inside him,he felt no burning sensation or any miscomfort. Instead,he felt euphoric.
He surmised that this was the so called spiritual energy. It seemed that the skill Energy contradiction was truly overpowered. His mental calibration and thoughts had elevated to a whole new level.
'But can the skill Energy contradiction cause such extreme changes? Maybe it's the dense spiritual energy in this place. Afterall this is a goddess's home.' Norlan lampooned.
His deduction wasn't wrong. However the next moment,he knew for certain that what caused the most impact was not the skill energy contradiction or the dense spiritual energy but Resonance evolution. The skill activated on its own, commemorating his breaking of the realm with thin threads of crimson spiritual energy emitted and resonating with the goddess by his side.
The crimson threads overwhelmed Norlan. That is to be expected seemingly because the source of these threads was none other that the goddess Aurelia.
Fortunately, just as the crimson threads began to envelope his divine aperture, several booming sounds revebarated as thick streams of blue Spiritual energy warded off the crimson threads.
This phenomenon happened instinctively,as a way for his budding spirituality to protect itself.
"Do not be alarmed,this is my skill: Resonance evolution.Try to control your spirituality,use Energy contradiction to allow my spirituality and yours to merge. Look into my eyes,breathe in as I breathe in. Breathe out as I breathe out. Follow my rhythm and control your spirituality."
Norlan's breathing mimicked Aurelia's. The thick oceanic blue spirituality started to feel familiar to him. Like it had always been a part of him. And this was true. The type of spirituality one gains is directly proportional to the affinity gained after opening ones divine aperture.
Blue can mean many things and types of affinity, with the most basic being water and most complex affinity taking the color blue being, time affinity. But that is for Norlan to find out.
At the moment,he was quickly becoming more accustomed to using his spirituality. Energy contradiction was really overpowered. His perception of spiritual energy became enhanced by leaps and bounds and allowed him to fine tune his mastery over his own spirituality to be extraordinary.
Thick streams of blue spiritual energy began to split and thin itself into thin threads. Looking much like Aurelia's crimson threads. However they looked blunt and crude when placed in front of the refined crimson threads.
The streams split into countless thin threads, complying with the crimson threads into a dance of blue and red.
Circling inside Norlan's body, his body continued changing according to the fine control of the crimson threads that took the lead with the blue threads acting in a secondary role.
After countless circulation, Norlan's aura began to change. His divine aperture that had already formed began being remodeled by the revolving spiritual energies. The two streams began to merge,and a third thin thread could be seen. A deep purple aura devouring the crimson and blue spirituality to form an overwhelming presence that even Melon, a Sacred level cultivator got chills.
Aaaaaaaaaah!!!!
Pain, a heart wrenching scream eminated from a place so deep that Norlan felt his soul tear into several pieces.
Melon panicked,rushing into Norlan trying to cover him with her sacred aura. Unfortunately Aurelia beat her into it. She held Norlan into her embrace, fastening the process of merger even more. Screams of pain and torment muffled as Aurelia held Norlan's face against her tanned peaks.
Boom!
An outwards explosion catapulted Aurelia straight into the bedroom walls as a deep ancient purple aura burst into being out of Norlan.
She had forgotten that she becomes mortal the moment she touches Norlan.
Blood came out her four orifices as she healed using spirituality. For the first time in millions of years a Celestial god bled.
Melon was dumbfounded, looking at Norlan as if seeing a monster coming into being.
'He has to go through this every time he ascends? ' The thought scared her. She knew what kind of pain Norlan went through. She knew that apart from his soul and body,his spirit was also cut into millions of pieces before acclimating into one. Just the thought was frightening.
"Continue to use the Energy contradiction skill. Do not lose yourself into madness. Focus on my voice. Open your eyes into mine. Follow my breath."
Aurelia's voice echoed over. Allowing Norlan an anchor to leverage his sanity.
Slowly, the raging purple aura started to contract into Norlan's body. Flowing through his veins as it was contained into his divine aperture.
"Norlan,check your status. Melon,go add spatial runes into our gifts over there. Let me run a diagnostic rune over his body." Instructions were issued. Melon walked over to the boxes to reveal two pieces of clothing. One regal and divine, the other more like a dojo outfit.
A crimson aura enveloped Norlan,soothing and bringing a healing factor to his body while Norlan activated his System status. It was time to see the effect of Resonance evolution.
