Soon, Charlie arrived at the edge of the Forbidden Forest.
Tall trees were densely packed, and sunlight could barely penetrate the heavy canopy.
A mysterious and dangerous aura emanated from here, making one instinctively want to explore its secrets.
Just as Charlie was about to enter, a rough shout came from behind him.
"Hey! Young Wizard! Where are you going?"
Charlie looked back and saw a Giant-like figure approaching him.
The man was three meters tall, with tangled black hair and a beard that almost covered his entire face, revealing only a pair of gentle black eyes.
It was Hagrid, the Hogwarts gamekeeper.
"Mr. Hagrid," Charlie greeted politely.
Hagrid strode to Charlie's front and looked down at him.
"Oh, I recognize you, your name is Charlie, right, Harry's friend."
"Your Lumos Spell is very good."
"Thank you for the compliment, Mr. Hagrid," Charlie nodded.
"What are you doing here?" Hagrid's tone became serious.
"You're not thinking of entering the Forbidden Forest, are you?"
Charlie blinked, feigning an innocent look.
"I just wanted to see the scenery here; I heard the Forbidden Forest is magnificent."
"You can look at the scenery, but you absolutely cannot go in," Hagrid shook his head seriously.
"The Forbidden Forest is very dangerous; there are Werewolves, Acromantulas, and many other dangerous creatures you can't imagine."
"Even seventh-year students cannot enter the Forbidden Forest without a teacher, let alone a first-year like you."
Charlie nodded repeatedly on the surface.
But in his heart, he didn't care; as far as he knew, Werewolves only transformed on the full moon night, and as for Acromantulas, if he turned into a Dragon and flew in the sky, would he still be afraid of a spider?
Yesterday, the Weasley Brothers said they had been in many times.
It was still that saying, Hogwarts is a school; if there were really any dangers, could Principal Dumbledore let this place remain as it is now?
However, he cooperated verbally: "I understand, Mr. Hagrid. I won't go into the Forbidden Forest."
"That's good," Hagrid nodded with satisfaction.
"You should go back to the Castle; lunch will be soon."
"Okay, I'll go back now," Charlie said obediently.
Hagrid watched Charlie's retreating back, nodded with satisfaction, and then turned to walk towards his Hut.
Charlie walked for a while, and after confirming Hagrid couldn't see him, he immediately changed direction.
The Forbidden Forest is so big, is he still afraid of not finding a place to enter?
He walked a large circle around the edge of the Forbidden Forest, arriving at the Forbidden Forest on the other side of the Castle.
This was far from Hagrid's Hut and was obscured by a small hill, so there was no need to worry about being discovered.
[Your Majesty entered the royal hunting grounds during class, indulging in play, tyrant points + 2]
As soon as he entered the Forbidden Forest, he felt the difference here.
The air became damp and cold, and the sunlight was almost completely blocked by the dense canopy.
Underfoot were thick fallen leaves, rustling with every step.
Strange sounds came from around him from time to time, birds chirping and insects buzzing.
"It's really eerie."
Charlie mumbled, but his steps did not stop.
He walked further and further in.
The trees in the Forbidden Forest were all exceptionally tall; some ancient oak trees had a diameter of over three meters, requiring several people to embrace them.
The tree trunks were covered with vines and moss, looking as if they had been growing for hundreds of years.
After walking for about half an hour, Charlie finally found a relatively open clearing.
This area was about half the size of a basketball court, surrounded by tall trees, forming a natural barrier.
The canopy above was a bit sparser, allowing a small patch of sky to be seen.
"This is it," Charlie nodded with satisfaction.
His mind stirred.
His body began to change, gradually growing scales.
The scales were bright red and very smooth, with a circle of golden, shimmering, tassel-like spikes around his face.
Huge wings, a slender body, sharp claws, and that majestic appearance... In just an instant, the transformation was complete, without any pain, but rather an indescribable sense of comfort.
Charlie's perspective became very high.
Looking down, he had completely transformed into a Giant Dragon.
The Chinese Fireball Dragon's body was even larger than he had imagined.
Its wingspan exceeded twelve meters, and its body length was also seven or eight meters.
Its entire body was covered with brown skin, with a long neck and a sharp head, looking mighty and extraordinary.
Charlie excitedly flapped his wings, attempting to fly.
The huge wings flapped, stirring up a gale.
The surrounding leaves rustled, and some smaller branches were even snapped directly.
The fallen leaves on the ground flew everywhere, and the entire clearing became chaotic.
The first takeoff was a bit clumsy, but he quickly got the hang of it.
The massive body slowly ascended, flying higher and higher.
When he broke through the height of the Forbidden Forest trees, the feeling of free flight intoxicated him.
The wind whistled beneath his wings, and the entire world unfolded beneath his feet.
He could see the full view of the Forbidden Forest, the distant Hogwarts Castle, and even further away, the mountains.
"Is this what flying feels like? It's amazing!"
"By the way, little system, can I still cast Spell as a Dragon?"
[In principle, a Wizard cannot cast Spell in Animagus form, but the magic drawn by the system is not constrained by these conditions.]
[However, His Majesty cannot hold a wand or speak now; it will only work when the Spell level reaches four, unlocking silent and wandless casting.]
Charlie pondered, he had asked the little system during the summer vacation.
What was the difference between each level of Spell.
Level one was just being able to use a Spell.
Level two was proficient use, roughly equivalent to the level of an ordinary Wizard in their fifth or sixth year.
Level three was being able to cast silently without incantations.
Level four was being able to cast without a wand, wandless casting.
And level five was simply clapping his hands and getting whatever he wished for, with power like a forbidden curse, capable of destroying the world.
Charlie circled above the Forbidden Forest, enjoying the thrill of flight.
His huge wings shimmered in the sunlight, and his mighty posture commanded awe.
The small animals within the Forbidden Forest were terrified by the sudden Giant shadow.
Deep in the Forbidden Forest, Firenze was quietly hunting.
He had the upper body of a human and the lower body of a horse; he was a Centaur living in the Forbidden Forest.
Firenze had just spotted a plump wild deer and was about to string his bow and arrow.
Suddenly, a huge shadow flashed across the sky.
The wild deer immediately got startled and ran away, completely ruining Firenze's hunting plan.
He looked up at the sky in confusion; through the dense branches, he could only see a huge flying object circling above.
"What is that?" Firenze frowned.
From his knowledge, this was definitely not an ordinary bird. That size, that wingspan, it looked exactly like... "A Dragon?" Firenze gasped.
Had Hogwarts started keeping Dragons?
Firenze was puzzled and could only secretly note this down, preparing to tell the chieftain when he returned.
Charlie, in the sky, of course, didn't know he had been discovered.
After experiencing the thrill of flying for a while, he landed in the clearing, preparing to return to Hogwarts the way he came.
The feeling of soaring freely in the sky earlier left him with endless aftertastes.
The power and speed of the Chinese Fireball Dragon exceeded his imagination.
Just flapping his wings could stir up a gale around him.
When leaving the Forbidden Forest, Charlie deliberately avoided the direction of Hagrid's Hut.
Although he didn't mind being discovered by Hagrid, being discovered was still troublesome in the end.
